【摘要】：中國(guó)綠色債券市場(chǎng)潛在規(guī)模巨大,但市場(chǎng)中還存在大量未貼標(biāo)"實(shí)質(zhì)綠"債券。綠色債券指數(shù)的發(fā)布便利了投資者識(shí)別綠色債券,也促使發(fā)行人主動(dòng)采取措施保持市場(chǎng)聲譽(yù)。為完善和規(guī)范綠色債券信息披露,建議明確信息披露原則、統(tǒng)一信息披露標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和內(nèi)容、采取適當(dāng)?shù)呐斗绞健?br/>[Abstract]:The potential size of China's green bond market is huge, but there are still a large number of unlabeled "substantial green" bonds in the market. The release of the green bond index facilitated investors' identification of green bonds and prompted issuers to take the initiative to maintain market reputation. In order to perfect and standardize the disclosure of green bond information, it is suggested that the principle of information disclosure should be clarified, the standard and content of information disclosure should be unified, and appropriate disclosure methods should be adopted.
