【摘要】：我國是全球第一大碳排放國,又是國際碳排放交易市場最大的賣方。因此,我國構建碳排放權交易體系已勢在必行。本文通過對我國目前碳排放權交易模式的利弊進行分析,深入探討我國碳排放權交易體系存在的主要問題,提出構建我國碳排放權交易體系的具體措施。
[Abstract]:China is the largest carbon emitter in the world and the biggest seller in the international carbon trading market. Therefore, it is imperative for China to build a carbon emissions trading system. This paper probes into the main problems existing in China's carbon emission trading system, and puts forward some concrete measures to construct China's carbon emission trading system.
