【摘要】：文章運(yùn)用DEA-tobit二階段模型分析了我國地方政府性債務(wù)支出效率。結(jié)果顯示:我國東部地區(qū)地方政府性債務(wù)支出效率優(yōu)勢顯著,各地區(qū)純技術(shù)效率都有待提高,各地區(qū)地方政府性債務(wù)的規(guī)模效率有待優(yōu)化且中部地區(qū)規(guī)模效率普遍較高。地區(qū)市場化指數(shù)、金融化指數(shù)與地方政府性債務(wù)支出效率呈顯著正相關(guān),常住人口數(shù)量與地方政府性債務(wù)支出效率相關(guān)性非顯著。
[Abstract]:The efficiency of local government debt expenditure in China is analyzed by DEA - tobit two - stage model . The results show that the efficiency of local government debt expenditure in the eastern part of China is significant , the efficiency of all regions is still to be improved , the scale efficiency of local government debt in each region is to be optimized , and the scale efficiency of central region is generally higher . Regional marketization index and gold melt index are positively correlated with the efficiency of local government debt expenditure , and the correlation between the number of permanent residents and the local government debt expenditure efficiency is not significant .
