【摘要】：盡管新三板對于申請掛牌企業(yè)未設定財務指標門檻,但財務規(guī)范性仍然是監(jiān)管部門審查時重點關注的事項之一。生物制藥行業(yè)具有規(guī)模普遍偏小、研發(fā)投入不足、產業(yè)集中度低、競爭激烈的基本特征,通過對該行業(yè)AB企業(yè)進行分析,指出其在掛牌新三板時存在的關聯(lián)交易、收入確認、研發(fā)費用、內控體系、稅收、持續(xù)經營能力等方面財務規(guī)范性問題,并提出相應的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Although the new third board does not set a threshold for financial targets for companies applying for listing, the financial norm is still one of the key concerns of the regulatory authorities. The biopharmaceutical industry is generally small in scale and underinvested in research and development. Based on the analysis of AB enterprises in this industry, the paper points out the related transactions, revenue confirmation, R & D expenses, internal control system, tax revenue, etc. This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the financial normative problems in the aspects of continuing operation ability and so on.
