【摘要】：本文簡(jiǎn)要介紹了我國(guó)熊貓債評(píng)級(jí)的開展情況,分析了熊貓債的主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn)特征,并以國(guó)際三大評(píng)級(jí)機(jī)構(gòu)為例,重點(diǎn)分析了國(guó)際評(píng)級(jí)機(jī)構(gòu)的外國(guó)債券評(píng)級(jí)經(jīng)驗(yàn),并基于國(guó)際經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出國(guó)內(nèi)熊貓債評(píng)級(jí)的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:This paper briefly introduces China's panda debt rating to carry out the situation, analyzes the main risk characteristics of Panda Bonds, and in the three international rating agencies for example, focuses on the analysis of the international rating agencies of foreign bond rating experience, and based on the international experience, put forward the relevant suggestions of domestic Panda debt rating.
