【摘要】：私募股權(quán)投資作為先進(jìn)的投資模式，是金融創(chuàng)新和產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新的結(jié)果，其運作方式拓寬了企業(yè)融資渠道，推動了被投資企業(yè)的價值發(fā)現(xiàn)和價值增值，同時提供了高收益的投資渠道，也起到了促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級、實現(xiàn)優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)有效整合的作用，在全球范圍內(nèi)已形成一個龐大的產(chǎn)業(yè)，它所創(chuàng)造的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益巨大，業(yè)績令人矚目。 近年來，蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)（簡稱“園區(qū)”）在推動經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變方面，取得了十分顯著的成效。這其中，園區(qū)在促進(jìn)股權(quán)投資尤其是私募股權(quán)投資行業(yè)發(fā)展方面進(jìn)行了大量有益的創(chuàng)新和探索，，體現(xiàn)出很強(qiáng)的第一性、唯一性，走在了國內(nèi)行業(yè)的前列，已成為江蘇省私募股權(quán)投資發(fā)展創(chuàng)新力最強(qiáng)、集聚度最高的區(qū)域之一。然而，園區(qū)私募股權(quán)投資發(fā)展仍然處于起步階段，仍存在許多現(xiàn)實問題和發(fā)展障礙，極大制約了園區(qū)私募股權(quán)投資的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。因此，借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國家私募股權(quán)投資發(fā)展的成功經(jīng)驗，充分發(fā)揮園區(qū)既有優(yōu)勢，探究適合園區(qū)私募股權(quán)投資發(fā)展的路徑并制定和實施切實有效的發(fā)展策略，具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文基于國內(nèi)外研究的基礎(chǔ)，采用理論與實踐相結(jié)合的方法，從私募股權(quán)投資的概念入手，分析私募股權(quán)投資的運作機(jī)制；在借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國家私募股權(quán)投資成功經(jīng)驗的大背景下，結(jié)合園區(qū)實際及園區(qū)私募股權(quán)投資發(fā)展概況、存在問題，指出園區(qū)發(fā)展私募股權(quán)投資的必要性與優(yōu)勢，從而提出了適合園區(qū)私募股權(quán)投資發(fā)展的策略措施。
[Abstract]:As an advanced investment mode, private equity investment is the result of financial innovation and industrial innovation. Its operation has widened the financing channels of enterprises and promoted the value discovery and value appreciation of invested enterprises. At the same time, it provides a high-income investment channel, also plays the role of promoting the upgrading of industrial structure and realizing the effective integration of superior industries. It has formed a huge industry in the global scope, which has created huge economic benefits. The achievements are impressive. In recent years, the Suzhou Industrial Park ("the park") has made remarkable achievements in promoting the transformation of economic structure. The park has carried on a lot of beneficial innovation and exploration in promoting the equity investment, especially in the private equity investment industry, which reflects the strong first and unique, and has been in the forefront of the domestic industry. Private equity investment in Jiangsu Province has become one of the most innovative areas with the highest concentration. However, the development of private equity investment in the park is still in the initial stage, there are still many practical problems and obstacles to development. Therefore, draw lessons from the successful experience of the development of private equity investment in developed countries, give full play to the existing advantages of the park. It is of great practical significance to explore the path suitable for the development of private equity investment in the park and to formulate and implement effective development strategies. Based on the research at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the operation mechanism of private equity investment from the concept of private equity investment by combining theory with practice. Under the background of the successful experience of private equity investment in developed countries, combined with the actual campus and the development of private equity investment in the park, there are problems, pointing out the necessity and advantages of the park to develop private equity investment. Therefore, the paper puts forward the strategies and measures suitable for the development of private equity investment in the park.
