【摘要】：資本結(jié)構(gòu)理論是金融理論研究的重要內(nèi)容,關(guān)于是否存在最優(yōu)資本結(jié)構(gòu)、公司如何選擇資本結(jié)構(gòu)的問題,一直是學術(shù)界研究的熱點。繼Myers和Majluf提出優(yōu)序融資理論之后,國內(nèi)外學者基于該理論進行了大量的實證檢驗,也有很多學者探究影響企業(yè)融資偏好的因素,并進行了大量的實證研究。已有的實證研究表明企業(yè)的資本結(jié)構(gòu)受多種微觀因素的影響,同時也受到行業(yè)因素和宏觀因素的影響,但關(guān)于行業(yè)因素對上市公司融資偏好影響的研究尚存在空缺。本文結(jié)合近幾年來我國資本市場的發(fā)展,采用實證分析的方法,利用Ordered-Probit模型對我國不同行業(yè)上市公司的融資偏好進行檢驗,比較不同行業(yè)上市公司融資順序的差異,并分析影響不同行業(yè)上市公司融資行為的主要因素,探究在行業(yè)因素的影響下,企業(yè)選擇融資順序并形成相應資本結(jié)構(gòu)的動因。實證結(jié)果表明行業(yè)因素會對上市公司的融資偏好產(chǎn)生顯著影響,不同行業(yè)上市公司具有不同的融資順序,行業(yè)因素既與微觀影響因素同時直接影響上市公司的融資偏好與融資順序,又通過對微觀影響因素產(chǎn)生影響進而作用于上市公司融資方式的選擇。最后,本文針對該結(jié)論提出了幾點對策與建議。
[Abstract]:Capital structure theory is an important content of financial theory, the existence of the optimal capital structure of company, how to choose the capital structure problem, has been a hot topic in academic circles. After Myers and Majluf put forward the pecking order theory, based on the theory of domestic and foreign scholars carried out a large number of empirical tests, there are also many scholars to explore the impact of financing preference, and a lot of empirical research. The empirical research shows that the capital structure is affected by many factors, but also by industry factors and macroeconomic factors, but the research on the impact of industry factors on the financing preference of listed companies are still vacant. Combining with the development of our country the capital market in recent years, using the method of empirical analysis, to examine the different sectors of China's financing preference of listed companies than by using the Ordered-Probit model. The difference is the financing order of Listed Companies in different industries, the main factors and influence analysis of financing behavior of Listed Companies in different industries, explore the impact of industry factors, enterprises choose the financing order and cause of formation of the corresponding capital structure. The empirical results show that the industry factor will have a significant impact on the financing preference of listed companies, listed companies in different industries with the financing order of different industries, and micro factors and factors which directly affect the financing preference of listed companies and financing order, and through the impact on the micro factors and choice on financing way of listed companies. Finally, according to the conclusion and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
