【摘要】：隨著我國機構(gòu)投資者規(guī)模的不斷擴大,機構(gòu)投資者持股和機構(gòu)投資者類別對股價的影響越來越受到社會各界的關(guān)注。本文以我國2009~2013年A股上市公司為研究樣本,從企業(yè)層面實證研究我國機構(gòu)投資者持股與股價崩盤風險之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:我國機構(gòu)投資者持股比例越高,公司股價崩盤風險越大;不同類型機構(gòu)投資者持股對股價崩盤風險影響不同,基金、保險公司、合格境外機構(gòu)投資者及社�；鸪止杀壤礁�,公司股價崩盤可能性越大,尤其是基金對股價崩盤風險影響最大。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of the scale of institutional investors in China. The influence of institutional investor stock holding and institutional investor category on stock price has been paid more and more attention. This paper takes A share listed companies in China from 2009 to 2013 as the research sample. This paper empirically studies the relationship between institutional investors' shareholding and the risk of stock price collapse in China from the firm level. The results show that the higher the proportion of institutional investors' shareholding is, the greater the risk of stock price collapse. Different types of institutional investors have different impact on the risk of stock price crash. The higher the proportion of funds, insurance companies, qualified foreign institutional investors and social security funds is, the greater the possibility of stock price collapse. Funds, in particular, have the greatest impact on the risk of a stock crash.
