在當今發(fā)展中國家,作為引領社會進步的城市化是不可避免的。政府城市化作為現(xiàn)代化和經濟增長的引擎。而發(fā)展中國家的城市化又走出了一條獨特的道路,這也許是世界歷史上最大的人類移民實驗,在很短的一段時間內,農村地區(qū)空前地向城市地區(qū)轉變,由此產生的問題是,城市化是如何進行的,城市化背后的主要原因是什么,尤其是在中國和巴基斯坦這樣的發(fā)展中國家。本研究試圖歸納出導致快速城市化的主要城市化因素,特別是兩國的城市增長模式。提出了一個模型,并通過對中國和巴基斯坦兩國城市化主要因素的一次和二次數(shù)據(jù)的分析,采用混合方法和運行回歸分析的方法,得出了相應的結果。通過問卷調查,收集了兩國10個城市的初步數(shù)據(jù),每個國家5個城市。結果表明,社會經濟問題,自然過程,工業(yè)化和政府政策是兩國城市化的主要因素,影響著兩國的移民模式。結果表明,兩國的地區(qū)差異,次生設施的缺乏和政策的不足導致了巴基斯坦的移民和城市化的加劇,而巴基斯坦的這些挑戰(zhàn)是最重要的因素,也是引起高度關注的重要因素。另一方面,中國的基礎設施建設,工業(yè)化和農村政策是推動城市化和經濟增長的巨大拉動因素。此外,學習中國取得進步的教訓,可以提高鄰近地區(qū)如巴基斯坦的城市化步...
