河內(nèi)城市消費者對食品安全信息的搜尋行為及其影響因素研究

  食品安全信息搜尋行為對消費者購買行為具有非常重要的影響。消費者在做出購買決定之前總是會先搜尋食物的信息。因此,研究越南消費者食品安全信息搜尋行為的影響因素具有非常重要的意義。本研究基于對消費者食品安全信息搜尋行為及其影響因素的相關(guān)研究成果的回顧和總結(jié),提出了一種反映個人特征、感知風(fēng)險、食品安全信息搜尋行為以及二者之間關(guān)系的理論模型。本研究采用問卷調(diào)查法,對越南河內(nèi)的540個樣本進行調(diào)查。采用StataSE 12.1對數(shù)據(jù)進行處理,研究方法包括描述性統(tǒng)計分析、因子分析、方差分析、相關(guān)性和線性回歸。結(jié)果表明,消費者的特征、感知風(fēng)險和食品安全信息搜尋行為之間存在顯著的關(guān)系;消費者在網(wǎng)上購買食物和外出就餐的風(fēng)險是很高的;消費者的性別、居住狀況、年齡、教育水平、家庭年收入、家庭每月食品支出、婚姻狀況與感知風(fēng)險有顯著相關(guān)性;消費者感知的風(fēng)險水平對其信息搜尋行為具有高度顯著的正向影響;消費者的個人特征不僅與信息搜尋行為直接相關(guān),而且還通過感知風(fēng)險間接影響信息搜尋行為。
