　　本研究通過計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)方法檢驗(yàn)了孟加拉國,中國,印度尼西亞,日本,科威特,馬來西亞,阿曼,巴基斯坦,菲律賓等國在經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)(FDI,資本形成總額,國內(nèi)收入,GDP,工業(yè)化)與亞洲部分國家的就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)之間的關(guān)系。沙特阿拉伯,新加坡,斯里蘭卡,阿聯(lián)酋和泰國。本研究采用匯總OLS,隨機(jī)效應(yīng),固定效應(yīng)和可行廣義最小二乘法(FGLS)來實(shí)證研究指標(biāo)間的關(guān)系。外國直接投資是提供就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)的重要來源,例如技術(shù)技能并與資本一起提供幫助。外國直接投資對(duì)就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)有正面影響。資本形成總額增長率有望出現(xiàn)積極跡象,但其對(duì)就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)指標(biāo)的影響不大。人均國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值增長率對(duì)因變量有顯著的負(fù)面影響。國內(nèi)總收入對(duì)勞動(dòng)力參與率的影響顯著為負(fù)。工業(yè)化對(duì)勞動(dòng)力參與率有正向影響,所以當(dāng)增加更多的產(chǎn)業(yè)時(shí),就會(huì)產(chǎn)生更多的就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)。隨著外商直接投資的增加,它擴(kuò)大了工業(yè)增長,最終通過提供更多的就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)。在實(shí)證結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,研究建議了以下政策含義。首先,決策者應(yīng)制定經(jīng)濟(jì)友好的政策,以實(shí)現(xiàn)更好的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長和更好的人民生活水平。這是由于更好的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長導(dǎo)致亞洲國家就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)增加。其次,決策者應(yīng)該把重點(diǎn)放在推行可以促進(jìn)國內(nèi)投資和外國直接投資以降低失業(yè)率的政策...
