板式家具企業(yè)儲(chǔ)位管理優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:家具行業(yè)是典型的勞動(dòng)密集型的傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè),家具制造業(yè)已經(jīng)成為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中繼食品、服裝、家電后的第四大產(chǎn)業(yè)。 我國家具產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)過近15年的高速發(fā)展,如今已經(jīng)逐漸進(jìn)入整合階段,競爭已呈現(xiàn)白熱化,家具行業(yè)開始“洗牌”,中小型家具企業(yè)受到巨大沖擊。另外,由于技術(shù)進(jìn)步日新月異,產(chǎn)品需求日趨多變,市場競爭愈演愈烈,迫使企業(yè)不得不尋求更快的市場響應(yīng)機(jī)制和生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營方式。其倉儲(chǔ)管理的好壞及成本是影響家具企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要因素。我國家具企業(yè)基本是以自然集群的方式形成的家具產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,以中小型企業(yè)為主,多以粗放式生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營,倉儲(chǔ)管理也大多采用人工作業(yè)模式和數(shù)據(jù)采集方式,專業(yè)化生產(chǎn)和信息化管理程度較低。家具行業(yè)是制造業(yè)倉儲(chǔ)管理中最為復(fù)雜者之一,隨著企業(yè)的發(fā)展,倉儲(chǔ)管理的物資種類數(shù)量在不斷增加、出入庫頻率劇增,,倉儲(chǔ)作業(yè)已十分復(fù)雜和多樣化。傳統(tǒng)靜態(tài)倉儲(chǔ)管理已無法保證資源整合的高效利用。因此企業(yè)倉儲(chǔ)管理需要亟需信息化的轉(zhuǎn)變,才能使企業(yè)在競爭中站穩(wěn)腳步,穩(wěn)固發(fā)展。 論文以浪度家具公司現(xiàn)有的倉儲(chǔ)管理及儲(chǔ)位分配為背景,針對(duì)該公司在倉儲(chǔ)管理中存在的問題進(jìn)行分析,分析其產(chǎn)生的主要原因。發(fā)現(xiàn)影響該公司倉儲(chǔ)作業(yè)管理效率主要集中在倉庫儲(chǔ)位分配不夠合理,需要通過公司倉庫儲(chǔ)位優(yōu)化的方法來達(dá)到提高倉儲(chǔ)作業(yè)的效率與節(jié)約物流系統(tǒng)成本的目的。由此根據(jù)浪度公司倉庫具體實(shí)際情況,建立合理有效的倉庫儲(chǔ)位分配和優(yōu)化方案。分析了浪度的倉儲(chǔ)管理現(xiàn)狀后,指出了目前的問題,并按照儲(chǔ)位優(yōu)化的原則和儲(chǔ)放策略等提出了空間優(yōu)化和時(shí)間優(yōu)化兩個(gè)方面的優(yōu)化措施。最后,對(duì)本課題的研究做出了總結(jié),并指出了后期的研究內(nèi)容。 本文主要的研究成果有以下幾點(diǎn): 1.采用遺傳算法中的交叉算法對(duì)雙目標(biāo)儲(chǔ)位時(shí)間優(yōu)化提出了新的儲(chǔ)位儲(chǔ)放策略以及提出了相應(yīng)的編碼方法,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了縮短了入庫時(shí)間最小化和縮短儲(chǔ)位到出貨口的距離的目標(biāo)。 2.將混亂的庫存進(jìn)行儲(chǔ)位策略優(yōu)化存放,并利用啟發(fā)性算法進(jìn)行儲(chǔ)位利用率兩段化的優(yōu)化方法,最后實(shí)現(xiàn)儲(chǔ)位利用率提高的目標(biāo)。 本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于根據(jù)家具企業(yè)儲(chǔ)放的特殊性,提出了一種優(yōu)化儲(chǔ)放策略:分類定位彈性儲(chǔ)放策略。本文的研究填補(bǔ)了家具企業(yè)在儲(chǔ)位優(yōu)化方面研究的空白,為家具企業(yè)在這方面的應(yīng)用提供了可借鑒性。
[Abstract]:Furniture industry is a typical labor-intensive traditional manufacturing industry, furniture manufacturing industry has become the national economic relay food, clothing, household appliances after the fourth largest industry. After nearly 15 years of rapid development, China's furniture industry has gradually entered the stage of integration, the competition has shown white heat, the furniture industry began to "shuffle", small and medium-sized furniture enterprises have been greatly impacted. In addition, due to the rapid development of technology, the demand for products is becoming more and more changeable, and the market competition is becoming more and more fierce, enterprises have to seek faster market response mechanism and production and management mode. The quality and cost of warehousing management is an important factor affecting the development of furniture enterprises. Furniture enterprises in our country are basically furniture industrial chain formed by natural cluster, mainly small and medium-sized enterprises, mostly extensive production and management, warehousing management also mostly adopts manual operation mode and data acquisition mode, and the degree of specialized production and information management is low. Furniture industry is one of the most complex warehousing management in manufacturing industry. with the development of enterprises, the number of materials and materials in warehousing management is increasing, the frequency of warehousing is increasing sharply, and warehousing operations have become very complex and diversified. Traditional static warehousing management has been unable to ensure the efficient use of resource integration. Therefore, enterprise warehousing management needs the transformation of information technology, in order to make enterprises stand firm and develop steadily in the competition. Based on the existing warehousing management and storage allocation of Langdu Furniture Company, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the warehousing management of Langdu Furniture Company, and analyzes the main reasons for the problems existing in the warehousing management of Langdu Furniture Company. It is found that the storage management efficiency of the company is mainly focused on the unreasonable allocation of warehouse storage space, so it is necessary to improve the efficiency of warehousing operation and save the cost of logistics system through the method of warehouse storage optimization. Therefore, according to the actual situation of Langdu company warehouse, a reasonable and effective warehouse storage allocation and optimization scheme is established. After analyzing the present situation of wave storage management, this paper points out the current problems, and puts forward the optimization measures of space optimization and time optimization according to the principle of storage position optimization and storage strategy. Finally, the research of this topic is summarized, and the later research content is pointed out. The main research results of this paper are as follows: 1. A new storage strategy and a corresponding coding method are proposed to optimize the storage time of two objectives by using the cross algorithm in genetic algorithm. Finally, the goal of minimizing the storage time and shortening the distance from the storage position to the port of shipment is realized. two銆
