遼寧XQ公司員工激勵(lì)問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)開(kāi)始重視人力資源管理,開(kāi)始意識(shí)到企業(yè)要想在行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中具有絕對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì),就必須激發(fā)員工的潛能和才智,這樣的企業(yè)才更具有活力。而在企業(yè)人力資源管理過(guò)程中,對(duì)員工的激勵(lì)則突顯其重要性。激勵(lì)是人力資源管理的重要環(huán)節(jié),是企業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵所在,因而在當(dāng)今經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境下,越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)已經(jīng)把員工激勵(lì)作為公司的管理的戰(zhàn)略性問(wèn)題。而員工激勵(lì)不足將對(duì)企業(yè)的管理有重大影響。本文主要是通過(guò)對(duì)遼寧XQ公司員工激勵(lì)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行診斷,深入分析該公司員工激勵(lì)中存在的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合相關(guān)的激勵(lì)理論知識(shí),運(yùn)用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查等方法進(jìn)行相關(guān)研究,并且針對(duì)出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,給出有針對(duì)性的激勵(lì)措施,從而為同等類(lèi)型的企業(yè)提供一個(gè)知識(shí)型員工激勵(lì)問(wèn)題的建議性解決方案。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of market economy, more and more enterprises begin to attach importance to human resource management, and begin to realize that if enterprises want to have absolute advantages in the industry competition, they must stimulate the potential and intelligence of their employees. Such an enterprise is more dynamic. In the process of enterprise human resource management, the incentive to employees highlights its importance. Incentive is an important link of human resource management and the key to the development of enterprises. Therefore, in today's economic environment, more and more enterprises have regarded employee incentive as a strategic issue in the management of the company. However, the lack of employee incentive will have a significant impact on the management of enterprises. This paper is mainly through the diagnosis of Liaoning XQ company employee motivation problem, in-depth analysis of the company's employee motivation problems, combined with the relevant incentive theory knowledge, the use of questionnaires and other methods to carry out relevant research. In view of the existing problems, the targeted incentive measures are given, so as to provide a suggested solution to the incentive problem of knowledge workers for the same type of enterprises.
