遼寧XQ公司員工激勵問題研究

【摘要】:隨著市場經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展,越來越多的企業(yè)開始重視人力資源管理,開始意識到企業(yè)要想在行業(yè)競爭中具有絕對優(yōu)勢,就必須激發(fā)員工的潛能和才智,這樣的企業(yè)才更具有活力。而在企業(yè)人力資源管理過程中,對員工的激勵則突顯其重要性。激勵是人力資源管理的重要環(huán)節(jié),是企業(yè)發(fā)展的關鍵所在,因而在當今經(jīng)濟環(huán)境下,越來越多的企業(yè)已經(jīng)把員工激勵作為公司的管理的戰(zhàn)略性問題。而員工激勵不足將對企業(yè)的管理有重大影響。本文主要是通過對遼寧XQ公司員工激勵問題進行診斷,深入分析該公司員工激勵中存在的問題,結合相關的激勵理論知識,運用問卷調(diào)查等方法進行相關研究,并且針對出現(xiàn)的問題,給出有針對性的激勵措施,從而為同等類型的企業(yè)提供一個知識型員工激勵問題的建議性解決方案。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of market economy, more and more enterprises begin to attach importance to human resource management, and begin to realize that if enterprises want to have absolute advantages in the industry competition, they must stimulate the potential and intelligence of their employees. Such an enterprise is more dynamic. In the process of enterprise human resource management, the incentive to employees highlights its importance. Incentive is an important link of human resource management and the key to the development of enterprises. Therefore, in today's economic environment, more and more enterprises have regarded employee incentive as a strategic issue in the management of the company. However, the lack of employee incentive will have a significant impact on the management of enterprises. This paper is mainly through the diagnosis of Liaoning XQ company employee motivation problem, in-depth analysis of the company's employee motivation problems, combined with the relevant incentive theory knowledge, the use of questionnaires and other methods to carry out relevant research. In view of the existing problems, the targeted incentive measures are given, so as to provide a suggested solution to the incentive problem of knowledge workers for the same type of enterprises.
