基于AHP與模糊評(píng)價(jià)法的基層公務(wù)員培訓(xùn)效果評(píng)估

【摘要】:文章依據(jù)湖南省基層公務(wù)員培訓(xùn)效果問(wèn)卷與訪談結(jié)果實(shí)證數(shù)據(jù),提取與設(shè)計(jì)基層公務(wù)員培訓(xùn)效果評(píng)估的指標(biāo)體系。運(yùn)用AHP分析方法對(duì)各指標(biāo)進(jìn)行權(quán)重設(shè)計(jì)與一致性檢驗(yàn),利用模糊評(píng)價(jià)模型得出整體評(píng)估與各級(jí)指標(biāo)具體分值。結(jié)果顯示,組合的AHP與模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型的綜合使用對(duì)于基層公務(wù)員培訓(xùn)效果評(píng)估的精度優(yōu)于單一方法的使用,可以在基層公務(wù)員培訓(xùn)效果評(píng)估中加以運(yùn)用和推廣。
[Abstract]:Based on the empirical data of Hunan province grass-roots civil servant training effect questionnaire and interview results, this paper extracts and designs the index system of grass-roots civil servant training effect evaluation. The weight design and consistency test of each index are carried out by using AHP analysis method, and the whole evaluation and the specific scores of all levels of indexes are obtained by using the fuzzy evaluation model. The results show that the combined use of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is superior to that of single method in evaluating the training effect of grass-roots civil servants, and it can be applied and extended in the evaluation of training effect of grass-roots civil servants.
