長(zhǎng)江沿岸中心城市土地?cái)U(kuò)張時(shí)空演化特征——以寧漢渝3市為例

【摘要】:基于國(guó)家新型城鎮(zhèn)化與"T"字型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略理論內(nèi)涵,選取長(zhǎng)江沿岸上、中、下游中心城市重慶、武漢和南京為實(shí)證研究對(duì)象,以1980、1990、2000、2010年4期遙感影像資料為基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)源,通過(guò)RS、GIS和景觀生態(tài)結(jié)合分析,分別對(duì)其城市擴(kuò)張強(qiáng)度、城市擴(kuò)張類型和城市建設(shè)用地?cái)U(kuò)張彈性進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,并采用景觀指數(shù)進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步分析和驗(yàn)證,從而系統(tǒng)分析了近30a來(lái)3個(gè)城市建設(shè)用地?cái)U(kuò)張的時(shí)空特征與內(nèi)在機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明:(1)30a來(lái),南京、武漢和重慶3市城市擴(kuò)張強(qiáng)度均呈明顯上升趨勢(shì),總體呈現(xiàn)南京市武漢市重慶市,但2000年是一個(gè)分水嶺,之后重慶市城市擴(kuò)張?jiān)鏊仝s超武漢市,南京市反而增速最低;(2)對(duì)城市擴(kuò)張類型分析表明,南京市始終以邊緣式增長(zhǎng)為主;武漢市在2000年之前以飛地式擴(kuò)張主導(dǎo),2000年之后呈現(xiàn)邊緣式增長(zhǎng);重慶市以邊緣式增長(zhǎng)為主,但2000年之后飛地式增長(zhǎng)迅速;(3)從城市建設(shè)用地?cái)U(kuò)張彈性分析表明,1980~2010年南京市土地?cái)U(kuò)張相比城市人口開始減緩,而武漢市和重慶市在2000年以后城市擴(kuò)張速度遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過(guò)城市人口增長(zhǎng)速度;(4)景觀指數(shù)驗(yàn)證分析結(jié)果顯示,遙感分析、地理信息分析和景觀生態(tài)分析的結(jié)合能夠很好反映城市建設(shè)用地的擴(kuò)張過(guò)程及演化特征。
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical connotation of the national new urbanization and the "T" font development strategy, this paper chooses Chongqing, Wuhan and Nanjing as the empirical research objects, taking the remote sensing image data of 1980, 1990, 2000 and 2010 as the basic data source, and selects the central cities of the upper, middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River as the empirical research objects. Through the combination analysis of RS,GIS and landscape ecology, the intensity of urban expansion, the type of urban expansion and the elasticity of urban construction land expansion were compared and analyzed, and the landscape index was used to further analyze and verify the urban expansion intensity, urban expansion type and urban construction land expansion elasticity. Thus, the space-time characteristics and internal mechanism of the expansion of construction land in three cities in the past 30 years are analyzed systematically. The results are as follows: (1) in the past 30 years, the urban expansion intensity of Nanjing, Wuhan and Chongqing all showed an obvious upward trend, which generally presented that of Wuhan, Nanjing, but in 2000, it was a watershed. After that, the growth rate of urban expansion in Chongqing overtook that of Wuhan. On the contrary, Nanjing has the lowest growth rate; (2) according to the analysis of urban expansion types, Nanjing has always been dominated by marginal growth, Wuhan has been dominated by enclave expansion before 2000, and has shown marginal growth after 2000. The growth of Chongqing is mainly marginal, but after 2000, the growth of enclave is rapid. (3) according to the elastic analysis of urban construction land expansion, Nanjing's land expansion began to slow down compared with the urban population from 1980 to 2010, but the urban expansion speed of Wuhan and Chongqing after 2000 far exceeded the urban population growth rate; (4) the results of landscape index verification show that the combination of remote sensing analysis, geographic information analysis and landscape ecological analysis can well reflect the process and evolution of urban construction land expansion.
