【摘要】:正我們?cè)谡J(rèn)同市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的規(guī)則下,一定會(huì)出現(xiàn)供需的矛盾,所謂供需的矛盾在某種情況下它的波動(dòng)會(huì)體現(xiàn)在一段時(shí)間內(nèi)供求緊張,一段時(shí)間內(nèi)供給過剩,這是商品經(jīng)濟(jì)、市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的普遍規(guī)律。但是中國的房地產(chǎn)和國際上的房地產(chǎn)發(fā)展有非常大的區(qū)別,房地產(chǎn)商和政府的利益緊緊的綁在一起,因?yàn)榉康禺a(chǎn)商要拿房子的利潤,政府是拿土地的
