快遞企業(yè)服務(wù)風(fēng)險分析與防范研究

【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)在人們生活中的地位悄然上升,而基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展起來的電子商務(wù)也迎來了前所未有的大發(fā)展,正是由于電子商務(wù)和網(wǎng)上購物等新的工作、生活方式,帶動了我國快遞業(yè)的快速發(fā)展。近年來,,我國的快遞業(yè)幾乎都以幾何級速度增長著。但是,高速增長的背后卻隱藏著諸多隱患。近幾年發(fā)生在快遞企業(yè)身上的問題層出不窮,如快遞變慢遞、物件損毀、丟失、毒快遞等事件無不反映出快遞服務(wù)過程中的漏洞,為快遞企業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理和長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展帶來了很大風(fēng)險。 本文在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)風(fēng)險管理理論,對快遞企業(yè)服務(wù)風(fēng)險的影響因素進(jìn)行識別,構(gòu)建了快遞企業(yè)服務(wù)風(fēng)險指標(biāo)體系,并且通過問卷調(diào)查法,運用層次分析法對指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行打分,進(jìn)而根據(jù)各風(fēng)險因素得分情況對指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行修改,同時也確定各風(fēng)險因素的權(quán)重,最后通過模糊綜合評價法對這些風(fēng)險因素進(jìn)行評價,得出快遞企業(yè)服務(wù)風(fēng)險總得分即風(fēng)險程度,從而有針對性的提出快遞企業(yè)服務(wù)風(fēng)險預(yù)警模型和防范機制。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, the status of the network in people's lives has risen quietly, and the e-business based on the network has ushered in an unprecedented development, which is precisely due to the new work of e-commerce and online shopping. Lifestyle, driving the rapid development of China's express industry. In recent years, the express delivery industry in China is almost growing at a geometric speed. However, behind the high-speed growth there are many hidden dangers. In recent years, problems occurred in express delivery enterprises in an endless stream. For example, express delivery slowed down, items were damaged, lost, and other incidents such as poison express all reflected loopholes in the process of express delivery services. For express delivery business management and long-term development has brought great risks. On the basis of the previous research, according to the theory of risk management, this paper identifies the influencing factors of the service risk of express delivery enterprises, constructs the index system of service risk of express delivery enterprises, and through the method of questionnaire, The index system is graded by AHP, then the index system is modified according to the score of each risk factor, and the weight of each risk factor is also determined. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate these risk factors. The total score of service risk of express delivery enterprise is the degree of risk, so the early warning model and prevention mechanism of service risk of express delivery enterprise are put forward.
