【摘要】：為了探究地方政府在兼顧經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、環(huán)境保護(hù)與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)中如何科學(xué)引導(dǎo)企業(yè)投資區(qū)位選擇,構(gòu)建了基于地區(qū)關(guān)于資源稟賦、環(huán)境規(guī)制與財(cái)政支持博弈的企業(yè)投資區(qū)位選擇模型,分析了在地區(qū)招商引資博弈中的企業(yè)投資區(qū)位選擇機(jī)制。在此基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)了地區(qū)博弈中的環(huán)境規(guī)制、要素稟賦、產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚、政府財(cái)稅等因素對(duì)我國(guó)企業(yè)投資區(qū)位選擇的影響作用。從規(guī)范環(huán)境規(guī)制、優(yōu)化投資環(huán)境、鼓勵(lì)企業(yè)投資高端環(huán)節(jié)和完善公共配套服務(wù)體系等方面提出了優(yōu)化企業(yè)投資區(qū)位選擇機(jī)制的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:In order to explore how the local government can scientifically guide the investment location selection in the process of taking into account economic growth, environmental protection and industrial upgrading, this paper constructs a regional resource endowment. The model of investment location selection of enterprises based on environmental regulation and financial support game is analyzed, and the mechanism of investment location selection in regional investment game is analyzed. On this basis, the paper empirically tests the influence of environmental regulation, factor endowment, industrial agglomeration, government finance and taxation on the investment location choice of Chinese enterprises. From the aspects of standardizing the environmental regulation, optimizing the investment environment, encouraging enterprises to invest in high-end links and perfecting the public supporting service system, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the investment location selection mechanism of enterprises.
