【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的增強(qiáng)和經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的深入發(fā)展,中國(guó)企業(yè)不斷走出國(guó)門(mén),走向世界。其中有實(shí)力的工程承包企業(yè)更多出現(xiàn)在全球工程承包市場(chǎng),積極參與國(guó)際工程招投標(biāo)。在國(guó)際工程招投標(biāo)中,投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)是影響最終投標(biāo)結(jié)果的重要因素,也是決定中國(guó)工程企業(yè)在國(guó)際工程項(xiàng)目招投標(biāo)中競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要因素,決定著工程企業(yè)長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的發(fā)展未來(lái)。本文的研究目的就是在于幫助中國(guó)工程企業(yè)提高投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)的科學(xué)性和準(zhǔn)確性,促進(jìn)中國(guó)工程企業(yè)走出去,提高在國(guó)際工程市場(chǎng)尤其是中非地區(qū)國(guó)際市場(chǎng)中的占有率和投標(biāo)成功率,在順利走出去的同時(shí)不斷發(fā)展壯大自己。本文從介紹中國(guó)和中非地區(qū)工程承包現(xiàn)狀入手,在綜述了中非地區(qū)國(guó)際工程投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)中非地區(qū)工程承包市場(chǎng)特點(diǎn),闡述了中非地區(qū)國(guó)際工程投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)的工作程序,總結(jié)了中非地區(qū)國(guó)際工程承包報(bào)價(jià)的費(fèi)用構(gòu)成以及相關(guān)費(fèi)用的計(jì)算方法,然后從投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)策略與投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)技巧兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行論述,最后結(jié)合中非地區(qū)一些國(guó)家的實(shí)際工程案例,對(duì)非洲工程承包市場(chǎng)和投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)方面進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究,并結(jié)合實(shí)際情況提出了針對(duì)性的方法、策略。在對(duì)中非地區(qū)國(guó)際工程承包市場(chǎng)的特點(diǎn)和及其投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)的策略進(jìn)行分析時(shí)候,本文運(yùn)用的方法是科學(xué)理論知識(shí)結(jié)合現(xiàn)實(shí)案例的方法,希望本文對(duì)在中非地區(qū)的中國(guó)企業(yè)有幫助。
[Abstract]:With the strengthening of China's economic strength and the deepening development of economic globalization, Chinese enterprises continue to go abroad and go to the world. Among them, the strong engineering contracting enterprises more appear in the global engineering contracting market and participate actively in the international project bidding. In the international engineering bidding, the bidding price is an important factor that affects the final bidding result, and also determines the competitiveness of Chinese engineering enterprises in the international engineering project bidding, and determines the long-term development of engineering enterprises in the future. The purpose of this paper is to help Chinese engineering enterprises to improve the scientific nature and accuracy of bidding and quotation, and to promote the Chinese engineering enterprises to go out. To increase the share and successful rate of bidding in the international engineering market, especially in the Central African region, and to develop and strengthen itself while going out smoothly. Based on the introduction of the current situation of project contracting in China and Central Africa, and on the basis of summarizing the theory of bidding quotation for international projects in Central Africa, this paper aims at the characteristics of project contracting market in Central Africa. This paper expounds the working procedure of bidding quotation for international project in Central Africa region, summarizes the cost structure of international project contract quotation in Central Africa region and the calculation method of related cost. Then, from two aspects of bidding strategy and bidding technique, the paper makes a systematic study on the project contracting market and bidding quotation in Africa, combining with the actual engineering cases of some countries in Central Africa. Combined with the actual situation, the paper puts forward targeted methods and strategies. In the analysis of the characteristics of the international project contracting market in Central Africa and the strategy of bidding and quotation, the method used in this paper is the method of combining the scientific theory knowledge with the practical case. I hope this paper will be helpful to the Chinese enterprises in Central Africa.
