跨國制造企業(yè)M公司物流管理優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展促使越來越多的跨國企業(yè)基于成本節(jié)約的考慮,將制造布局于有比較成本優(yōu)勢的國家和地區(qū)。地域的廣闊性、各國政治經(jīng)濟(jì)的復(fù)雜性都對跨國企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈物流如何支持企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)、銷售提出了挑戰(zhàn)。采用什么樣的物流模式和物流流程,以提高資源的利用,保證對客戶的及時(shí)響應(yīng),是跨國企業(yè)需要重點(diǎn)考慮的問題。本論文以跨國制造企業(yè)M公司為研究對象,在分析了跨國制造企業(yè)M公司的供應(yīng)鏈物流流程的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用物流相關(guān)理論,提出了對M公司的供應(yīng)鏈物流的優(yōu)化途徑和改進(jìn)配套措施。本文首先分析了M公司物流管理的現(xiàn)狀;在此基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用物流相關(guān)理論和方法,分析總結(jié)了目前M公司物流存在的問題和不足;最后,從分析物流管理目的和手段著手,針對M公司存在的問題,提出了物流成本優(yōu)化和基于信息技術(shù)的物流優(yōu)化的途徑。重點(diǎn)論述了包裝成本優(yōu)化和運(yùn)輸成本優(yōu)化,信息技術(shù)在M公司物流管理中的實(shí)施,基于射頻識別系統(tǒng)的信息系統(tǒng)改進(jìn);并且從供應(yīng)物流子系統(tǒng)、生產(chǎn)物流子系統(tǒng)、銷售物流子系統(tǒng)三個(gè)方面分別對供應(yīng)鏈物流改進(jìn)配套措施做了詳細(xì)闡述。供應(yīng)物流應(yīng)加強(qiáng)與供應(yīng)商合作伙伴關(guān)系的建立,選擇合適的供應(yīng)管理模式,進(jìn)口環(huán)節(jié)管理優(yōu)化三個(gè)方面;生產(chǎn)物流應(yīng)從宏觀的角度,建立保證生產(chǎn)正常有效運(yùn)行的運(yùn)營體系來構(gòu)建更加順暢的生產(chǎn)物流體系;銷售物流應(yīng)運(yùn)用銷售和運(yùn)營計(jì)劃(SOP)來改進(jìn)企業(yè)物流流程,在集團(tuán)內(nèi)部供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)中實(shí)現(xiàn)客戶需求的透明化,使系統(tǒng)在一個(gè)集成的企業(yè)管理流程中良性運(yùn)作,給企業(yè)帶來整個(gè)集團(tuán)的低成本和巨大的客戶滿意度的提升。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, more and more multinational enterprises, based on the consideration of cost saving, distribute manufacturing in countries and regions with comparative cost advantages. The expanse of the region and the complexity of politics and economy in various countries have challenged the supply chain logistics of multinational enterprises to support the production and sales of enterprises. What kind of logistics mode and flow should be adopted to improve the utilization of resources and ensure the timely response to customers are the key issues to be considered by multinational enterprises. This paper takes M Company as the research object, based on the analysis of the supply chain logistics process of M Company, applies the logistics theory. This paper puts forward the optimized ways and measures to improve the supply chain logistics of M Company. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of M company's logistics management, and on this basis, analyzes and summarizes the existing problems and shortcomings of M company's logistics by applying the relevant theory and method of logistics. Finally, starting from the analysis of the purpose and means of logistics management, aiming at the problems existing in M Company, this paper puts forward the ways of logistics cost optimization and logistics optimization based on information technology. The optimization of packaging cost and transportation cost, the implementation of information technology in logistics management of M Company, and the improvement of information system based on RFID system are discussed. And from the supply logistics subsystem, the production logistics subsystem, the sales logistics subsystem three aspects separately to supply chain logistics improvement matching measure has made the detailed elaboration. Supply logistics should strengthen the establishment of partnership with suppliers, select the appropriate supply management mode, and optimize the management of import links. Production logistics should build a more smooth production logistics system from the macro point of view and establish an operational system to ensure the normal and effective operation of production. Sales logistics should use sales and business plan (SOP) to improve the enterprise logistics process, realize the transparency of customer demand in the supply chain system within the group, and make the system work well in an integrated enterprise management process. To the enterprise brings the whole group low cost and the huge customer satisfaction enhancement.
