【摘要】：隨著我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的提高,科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,城市發(fā)展也逐步加快,但是在城市小區(qū)管理中還存在很多問題,為了提高小區(qū)居住服務(wù)的質(zhì)量,物業(yè)管理必須向現(xiàn)代化的服務(wù)方向進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)型。物業(yè)管理是社會發(fā)展的必然結(jié)果,而物業(yè)在以后的轉(zhuǎn)型也是發(fā)展的大趨勢,沒有其他的捷徑可走,下面就對轉(zhuǎn)型的方法和應(yīng)用進(jìn)行分析。

However, there are still many problems in the management of urban residential areas, in order to improve the quality of residential services. Property management must transform to modern service direction.
