城鎮(zhèn)化進程中鄭州市失地農(nóng)民就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀與對策研究

【摘要】：近年來,伴隨隨著鄭州市城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的快速推進,失地農(nóng)民就業(yè)問題成了擺在絕大部分農(nóng)民面前的主要問題,眾所周知,若想保障失地農(nóng)民的生活水平不下降,實現(xiàn)就業(yè)是重中之重。作為社會中的弱勢群體,失地農(nóng)民的文化水平和勞動技能較為低下,面對激烈的市場競爭,他們沒有優(yōu)勢。長期以來,土地是他們主要的物質(zhì)生活來源,失去了土地就失去了所有。面對如此嚴重的社會問題,只有通過促進失地農(nóng)民就業(yè)這一途徑來解決。鄭州市政府也采取了積極的措施來解決這一問題,并且取得了些許效果,但是如果想徹底解決這一社會難題,不能僅僅依靠政府,應該政府、社會、失地農(nóng)民自身三方共同努力。因此,筆者通過對鄭州市失地農(nóng)民目前就業(yè)狀況的調(diào)查研究,試圖發(fā)現(xiàn)有待完善的地方,并在現(xiàn)有的基礎(chǔ)上進一步提出有利于失地農(nóng)民再就業(yè)的建議。本篇文章共有下面幾個部分組成。 第一部分導論,對本篇論文的基本情況進行了總結(jié)概括。首先對文章的研究背景及意義進行了介紹。其次,對國內(nèi)國外的關(guān)于失地農(nóng)民的研究狀況進行了簡要概括、分析及評述。在借鑒國內(nèi)外研究的基礎(chǔ)上,筆者提出了本篇文章的研究方法。 第二部分,對一些概念和理論進行了簡要介紹。讓大家對諸如城鎮(zhèn)化、失地農(nóng)民及失地農(nóng)民就業(yè)等概念有更深層次的認識和了解。其次,關(guān)于本篇論文研究的相關(guān)理論支撐,筆者進行了簡要說明。 第三部分,主要闡述了在鄭州市城鎮(zhèn)化進程中,鄭州市一些失地農(nóng)民就業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題。首先介紹了鄭州市城鎮(zhèn)化現(xiàn)狀,以及要全方位地實現(xiàn)城鎮(zhèn)化的計劃。其次,對鄭州市失地農(nóng)民的就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀進行了介紹。在城鎮(zhèn)化的進程中,鄭州市大量失地農(nóng)民因為文化水平有限,思想觀念落后,社會培訓缺乏科學合理性,致使他們就業(yè)壓力變大,工作常處于不穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出鄭州市失地農(nóng)民面對城鎮(zhèn)化的加速發(fā)展存在的一些問題。關(guān)于鄭州市政府對失地農(nóng)民的就業(yè)安置缺少完善措施。而且由于各種自身因素的影響,失地農(nóng)民很難獲得最新的及有價值的就業(yè)信息,因此失地農(nóng)民在社會上的就業(yè)競爭力還較為薄弱,自己創(chuàng)業(yè)也困難。 第四部分,關(guān)于鄭州市失地農(nóng)民就業(yè)問題的影響因素分析。與本次調(diào)查問卷相結(jié)合,對一些影響鄭州市失地農(nóng)民的可能因素做深入分析,在深入分析的基礎(chǔ)上,再做相對重要性檢驗。 第五部分是促進鄭州市失地農(nóng)民就業(yè)的措施。針對上述影響因素,提出相應對策。文章最后是總結(jié)與展望,本課題研究的創(chuàng)新之處和存在的不足,提出對今后進一步深入研究的建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of urbanization in Zhengzhou City, the employment of landless farmers has become a major problem facing the vast majority of farmers. As we all know, if we want to ensure that the living standards of landless farmers do not decline, Achieving employment is a top priority. As a weak group in the society, the cultural level and labor skills of landless farmers are relatively low, and they have no advantage in the face of fierce market competition. For a long time, land is their main material source of life, lost land is lost all. In the face of such serious social problems, only through promoting the employment of landless farmers to solve this way. The Zhengzhou Municipal Government has also taken positive measures to solve this problem, and has achieved some results. But if we want to solve this social problem once and for all, we cannot rely solely on the government, we should have the government, the society, Loss of land farmers themselves to work together. Therefore, through the investigation and study of the present employment situation of the landless peasants in Zhengzhou City, the author tries to find out the places to be improved, and puts forward some suggestions on the basis of which the land-lost peasants can be reemployed. This article consists of the following parts. The first part is the introduction, which summarizes the basic situation of this paper. First of all, the research background and significance of the article are introduced. Secondly, this paper briefly summarizes, analyzes and comments the research situation of land-lost farmers at home and abroad. On the basis of domestic and foreign research, the author puts forward the research method of this article. In the second part, some concepts and theories are introduced briefly. Let us have a deeper understanding of concepts such as urbanization, landless farmers and landless farmers employment. Secondly, the author gives a brief explanation on the theoretical support of this paper. The third part, mainly elaborated in the Zhengzhou city urbanization process, Zhengzhou some lost land farmer employment present situation and the existence question. First of all, it introduces the present situation of urbanization in Zhengzhou, and plans to realize urbanization in all directions. Secondly, the present employment situation of the landless farmers in Zhengzhou is introduced. In the process of urbanization, a large number of landless peasants in Zhengzhou have limited education level, backward ideology and lack of scientific rationality in social training, which makes their employment pressure become greater and their work is often in a state of instability. On this basis, the paper puts forward some problems existing in the accelerating development of urbanization faced by the peasants who lost their land in Zhengzhou. About Zhengzhou municipal government to lose land farmer's employment placement lacks the consummation measure. Because of the influence of various factors, it is difficult for land-lost farmers to obtain the latest and valuable employment information, so the competitiveness of landless farmers in employment is still relatively weak, and it is also difficult to start their own businesses. The fourth part, about Zhengzhou city lost land farmer employment question influence factor analysis. Combined with this questionnaire, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of some possible factors affecting the land-lost farmers in Zhengzhou, and then makes a relative importance test on the basis of in-depth analysis. The fifth part is the measures to promote the employment of landless farmers in Zhengzhou. According to the above factors, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. Finally, the paper summarizes and looks forward to the innovation and shortcomings of this research, and puts forward some suggestions for further research in the future.
