鄭州市Z物流園區(qū)項(xiàng)目功能定位研究
[Abstract]:In the development of modern logistics industry in our country, logistics park is a new type of business in recent years. It is the site for the centralized layout of various types of logistics enterprises and logistics facilities, is the assembly point of logistics, and has the function of certain scale and comprehensive service. And help logistics industry intensive degree and organization level raise. As the hub of transportation system, the construction of Zhengzhou Logistics Park is an important channel for domestic and foreign trade. In the process of planning Zhengzhou logistics park, the key points of planning and construction need to be clearly defined, the function orientation work should be done well, the logistics service of the park should be innovated continuously, the efficiency of logistics operation should be improved. Finally, the improvement of customer satisfaction is achieved. In this paper, the location of service function of logistics park in Zhengzhou is studied by using fuzzy quantitative SWOT method. By constructing triangular fuzzy number judgment matrix of extended function of logistics park, the project of Z logistics park in Zhengzhou is taken as the empirical research object. Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of different extended functions, the optimal location of logistics park function is determined, and the feasibility of function analysis is analyzed. The research in this paper has also laid the foundation for the further function expansion of the logistics park and solved the problems of subjectivity and fuzziness in the process of the function orientation of the logistics park. The practice has proved that this method is effective and feasible. The thesis is divided into six chapters: chapter one, introduction. This chapter mainly discusses the research background and significance of the paper, and puts forward the content structure, research methods and innovation points on the basis of the current research situation at home and abroad. The second chapter is an overview of relevant theories. This chapter is the theoretical basis of the full text. This paper first introduces the basic concept of logistics park, and then expounds the theory related to the function orientation of logistics park. In the third chapter, the construction status and function of z logistics park in Zhengzhou are analyzed, including demand, construction status, function analysis, and existing problems in construction. In the fourth chapter, this chapter introduces the fuzzy SWOT analysis method, including the basic meaning of fuzzy SWOT analysis, analysis steps, the advantages of logistics park function positioning. Chapter five, case analysis, uses SWOT analysis method and fuzzy quantitative SWOT analysis method to reposition the function of Z logistics park project in Zhengzhou, and analyze its feasibility. Chapter VI, conclusions and prospects, this chapter is the conclusion of the paper, the final conclusion of the article and the existing problems are explained, and pointed out the direction of further research.
