【摘要】：2012年央視有關(guān)“幸�！钡恼{(diào)查,將“幸�！边@個(gè)千百年來人們一直不斷追求的目標(biāo)再次引入公眾的視野,頓時(shí)在社會(huì)上引起了廣泛而激烈的討論。此外,社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展已經(jīng)日漸成熟,人們能夠在上面交流、交友,在工作、生活之余吐露自己的心聲。本文以企業(yè)社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)為基礎(chǔ),借助情感分析、文本分析及復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析等計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù),對(duì)員工的幸福感展開研究。主要研究了基于文本分析的幸福感測(cè)量方式,并分析了人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)特征和網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)特征與幸福感及其基本情感之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容及成果如下： (1)以Ren-CECps詞庫為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建幸福感測(cè)量模型。在文獻(xiàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本文認(rèn)為員工的情感幸福感,是積極情感體驗(yàn)與消極情感體驗(yàn)所共同組成的總的情感體驗(yàn)。本研究摒棄了幸福感傳統(tǒng)的自我報(bào)告式(self-reported)的測(cè)量方式,轉(zhuǎn)而借助Ren-CECps詞庫中每個(gè)詞匯所包含的8種基本情感,通過中文分詞、情感分析等計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù),構(gòu)建并實(shí)現(xiàn)了中文環(huán)境下幸福感的測(cè)量模型。 (2)采用設(shè)定閾值、反復(fù)試驗(yàn)的方式,對(duì)Ren-CECps詞庫進(jìn)行改造。為使幸福感測(cè)量模型的測(cè)量結(jié)果,表現(xiàn)出更明顯的波動(dòng)性,本文提出采用設(shè)定閾值,并將詞庫中各情感分量均不超過閾值的詞匯刪除的方式,對(duì)詞庫進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的篩選和改造。最終通過反復(fù)試驗(yàn),得出當(dāng)閾值為0.4時(shí),能夠使詞庫的覆蓋率及幸福感的波動(dòng)性達(dá)到一個(gè)較好的平衡點(diǎn)。 (3)結(jié)合中國(guó)某電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商某省分公司內(nèi)部班組博客系統(tǒng),對(duì)員工的幸福感進(jìn)行測(cè)量,并做了員工幸福感與其人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)特征及網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)特征之間的相關(guān)性分析。得出企業(yè)員工的幸福感與其在企業(yè)社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的地位、位置等沒有直接的相關(guān)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:A 2012 CCTV survey on "happiness" has reintroduced happiness, a goal that people have been pursuing for thousands of years, into the public eye, and has immediately aroused widespread and heated discussion in society. In addition, the development of social networks has matured, where people can communicate, make friends, and express their feelings after work and life. Based on the enterprise social network, this paper studies the employee's happiness with the help of computer technology, such as emotion analysis, text analysis and complex network analysis. This paper mainly studies the measurement method of happiness based on text analysis, and analyzes the correlation between demographic characteristics and network structure characteristics, happiness and its basic emotions. The main research contents and results are as follows: (1) based on Ren-CECps lexicon, a well-being measurement model is constructed. On the basis of literature study, this paper holds that the emotional well-being of employees is a total emotional experience composed of positive emotional experience and negative emotional experience. This study abandoned the traditional self-reporting (self-reported) measurement of happiness, and instead used the eight basic emotions contained in each word in the Ren-CECps lexicon, using Chinese word segmentation, affective analysis and other computer techniques. The measurement model of happiness in Chinese environment is constructed and realized. (2) the Ren-CECps lexicon is modified by setting the threshold and experimenting repeatedly. In order to make the measurement results of happiness measurement model show more obvious volatility, this paper proposes a method of selecting and modifying the lexicon by setting a threshold and deleting words whose emotional components do not exceed the threshold in the thesaurus. Finally, through repeated experiments, it is concluded that when the threshold is 0.4, the lexicon coverage and the volatility of well-being can reach a good equilibrium point. (3) combined with the internal group blog system of a branch of a telecom operator in China, this paper measures the well-being of the employees, and analyzes the correlation between the well-being of the employees and the demographic characteristics and network structure characteristics of the employees. It is concluded that there is no direct correlation between the employee's happiness and their position and position in the enterprise social network.
