食品供應鏈中建立可追溯體系的博弈分析
[Abstract]:In recent years, food quality and safety incidents occur frequently all over the world, and China's food quality and safety field is facing major challenges. On the one hand, compared with consumers and government regulators, food enterprises have information advantages about products, and many enterprises seek illegal profits in this way; at the same time, the problem of information asymmetry also exists. The practice in many developed countries and regions has proved that the food traceability system with complete production information recording and disclosure function can effectively improve the food supply. Quality and safety level, but in our country started late and construction is not perfect.
From the point of view of the whole food supply chain, this paper takes qualitative and quantitative research methods to explore the key factors affecting the establishment of food traceability system in the supply chain and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
Firstly, the existing research results are summarized and analyzed in the form of literature review from the concepts and contents of food traceability system, its functions and related subjects.
Secondly, by modeling a three-tier supply chain system consisting of several homogeneous food raw material suppliers, a food manufacturer and a consumer, the paper demonstrates the impact of traceability on the food quality and safety level of upstream and downstream node enterprises in the food supply chain and the whole supply chain, and quantitatively analyzes the food traceability. The necessity of establishing the system in the supply chain.
Thirdly, on the basis of evolutionary game theory, a two-echelon supply chain model is constructed, which consists of two groups: the raw material supplier of upstream node enterprises and the manufacturer and processor of downstream node enterprises. The key factors affecting the establishment of food traceability system in the supply chain are obtained.
Finally, on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the current situation and difficulties of the establishment and implementation of food traceability system in China, and combined with the conclusions of the model, the countermeasures and suggestions for the establishment and implementation of food traceability system in the supply chain are put forward.
