【摘要】：在我國(guó),就業(yè)性別歧視仍然還是一種比較普遍的現(xiàn)象,歧視的主要對(duì)象是作為人口生產(chǎn)主力的婦女,其深層原因在于人口生產(chǎn)的社會(huì)價(jià)值沒(méi)有得到社會(huì)的充分承認(rèn)。人口生產(chǎn)創(chuàng)造的價(jià)值具有特殊性,其價(jià)值補(bǔ)償應(yīng)遵循特殊的原則。結(jié)合國(guó)力,依據(jù)"按需分配"(也即生養(yǎng)孩子的實(shí)際生活需要)的原則,對(duì)人口生產(chǎn)予以經(jīng)濟(jì)酬報(bào),使公共領(lǐng)域向私人領(lǐng)域延伸,讓家庭和社會(huì)共同負(fù)擔(dān)人口生產(chǎn),是消除就業(yè)性別歧視的一種有效路徑。
[Abstract]:In our country, gender discrimination in employment is still a common phenomenon. The main object of discrimination is women who are the main force of population production. The deep reason is that the social value of population production is not fully recognized by the society. The value created by population production has its particularity, and its value compensation should follow special principles. According to the principle of "distribution according to needs" (that is, the actual life needs of having children), according to the national strength, the economic reward for population production is given, so that the public sphere extends to the private sector and the family and society share the burden of population production. It is an effective way to eliminate gender discrimination in employment.
