【摘要】：正2020年,中國能源消費排放二氧化碳大致在95×108~105×108t之間,人類活動導(dǎo)致的不確定因素下,盡管新常態(tài)呈現(xiàn)碳減排加速形勢,但反彈效應(yīng)依然存在。我國碳排放峰值最有可能出現(xiàn)在2030年前后,對應(yīng)的二氧化碳排放量約為110×108~120×108t。與此同時,中國主要資源消耗和污染排放將在未來10~20年先后達到峰值。中國向聯(lián)合國提交的國家自主貢獻報告顯示,中國到2030年的自主行動目標(biāo)是:二氧化碳排放到2030年左右達到峰
[Abstract]:In 2020, China's energy consumption emits carbon dioxide in the range of 95 脳 10 ~ 8 ~ 105 脳 10 ~ (8) t. Under the uncertainty caused by human activities, although the new normal carbon emission reduction accelerates, the rebound effect still exists. The peak of carbon emissions in China is most likely to occur around 2030, and the corresponding carbon dioxide emissions are about 110 脳 10 ~ (8) ~ 120 脳 10 ~ (8) t. Meanwhile, China's major resource consumption and pollution emissions will peak in the next 10 ~ 20 years. China's independent action goal by 2030 is to peak carbon dioxide emissions by 2030, according to a report on China's national contribution to the United Nations.
