【摘要】：運(yùn)用DEA模型對(duì)2013年廣東省21個(gè)地級(jí)以上城市的技術(shù)效率及投入產(chǎn)出情況進(jìn)行靜態(tài)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其技術(shù)效率整體較低,且大部分城市存在投入過(guò)多的情況。運(yùn)用Malmquist指數(shù)動(dòng)態(tài)分析廣東省21個(gè)地級(jí)以上城市在2004—2013年間生產(chǎn)率增長(zhǎng)、效率改進(jìn)與技術(shù)進(jìn)步的變化情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)城市平均Malmquist生產(chǎn)率呈上升趨勢(shì),且技術(shù)水平的進(jìn)步是推動(dòng)城市平均生產(chǎn)率提高的主要因素;粵東和粵北城市的生產(chǎn)率增長(zhǎng)速度開(kāi)始快于珠三角城市,表明廣東省的區(qū)域發(fā)展差距在逐漸縮小;珠三角地區(qū)城市的生產(chǎn)率提高主要來(lái)源于技術(shù)水平的進(jìn)步,而粵東、粵西和粵北城市的生產(chǎn)率提高則主要來(lái)源于技術(shù)效率的改進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:By using DEA model, the technical efficiency and input-output of 21 cities above the prefectural level in Guangdong Province in 2013 are analyzed statically. It is found that the technical efficiency is relatively low as a whole, and most cities have too much investment. Using the Malmquist index to analyze the change of productivity growth, efficiency improvement and technological progress in 21 cities above the prefectural level in Guangdong province during 2004-2013, it is found that the average Malmquist productivity of cities is on the rise. The progress of technology level is the main factor to promote the average productivity of the city, the productivity growth rate of the cities in eastern Guangdong and northern Guangdong is beginning to be faster than that in the Pearl River Delta, indicating that the regional development gap in Guangdong Province is gradually narrowing. The productivity improvement of cities in Pearl River Delta mainly comes from the progress of technology level, while the productivity increase of cities in eastern Guangdong, western Guangdong and northern Guangdong mainly comes from the improvement of technical efficiency.
