我國食品安全問題及監(jiān)管模式建立探討

【摘要】:本文著眼于關(guān)注我國食品安全問題,分析食品安全監(jiān)管模式存在的問題。通過分析當(dāng)前存在的一系列食品安全問題,建立健全食品及其相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的加工、流通和銷售一體化的監(jiān)管體系;并通過建立一整套的食品安全相關(guān)法律法規(guī)和執(zhí)法標(biāo)準(zhǔn),使得整個監(jiān)管體系在解決食品安全問題時發(fā)揮及時、有效的作用。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the problem of food safety in China and analyzes the problems in the mode of food safety supervision. By analyzing a series of current food safety problems, establishing and perfecting an integrated regulatory system for the processing, circulation and marketing of food and its related products, and establishing a set of food safety related laws and regulations and law enforcement standards, So that the entire regulatory system in solving food safety problems play a timely and effective role.
