【摘要】：以天津市為研究對(duì)象,在全要素生產(chǎn)框架下,結(jié)合以人為本的基本原則構(gòu)建出城市生態(tài)文明建設(shè)效率評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,應(yīng)用非期望產(chǎn)出SBM模型對(duì)天津市2002-2013年生態(tài)文明建設(shè)效率進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),并將評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果與傳統(tǒng)DEA評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行比較分析。研究結(jié)果表明:考慮以人為本基本原則構(gòu)建的城市生態(tài)文明建設(shè)效率投入產(chǎn)出評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系與非期望產(chǎn)出SBM模型評(píng)價(jià)方法的綜合應(yīng)用在評(píng)價(jià)城市生態(tài)文明建設(shè)效率方面具有科學(xué)性和合理性,所得評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果亦能夠反映出被評(píng)估城市生態(tài)文明建設(shè)效率的真實(shí)水平。
[Abstract]:Taking Tianjin as the research object, under the whole factor production framework, the evaluation index system of urban ecological civilization construction efficiency is constructed with the basic principle of people-oriented, and the ecological civilization construction efficiency of 2002-2013 years in Tianjin is evaluated by using the undesired output SBM model, and the evaluation results are compared with the traditional DEA evaluation method. The research results show that the comprehensive application of the evaluation index system of urban ecological civilization construction efficiency and the SBM model evaluation method of unexpected output are scientific and reasonable in the evaluation of urban ecological civilization construction efficiency, and the results of the evaluation can also reflect the urban life evaluation. The true level of the efficiency of the construction of state civilization.
