【摘要】：20世紀(jì)90年代以來(lái),隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和科技的進(jìn)步,素有“第三利潤(rùn)源泉”的現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)發(fā)展極為迅速,表現(xiàn)出了極強(qiáng)的生命力和旺盛的活力,很多國(guó)家(地區(qū))以現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的發(fā)展程度來(lái)衡量其綜合國(guó)力及經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平。大連是東北地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的核心,特別是大連金州新區(qū)以其對(duì)外開放程度高、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度快和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展質(zhì)量好的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì),在新一輪發(fā)展中面臨許多重大歷史機(jī)遇。對(duì)金州新區(qū)乃至大連市而言,現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的快速發(fā)展對(duì)于轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展方式以及優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)有重要意義,同時(shí),對(duì)于擴(kuò)大對(duì)外開放和提升區(qū)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有重要的促進(jìn)作用。本文立足金州新區(qū)實(shí)際,從物流業(yè)增加值、社會(huì)物流總額、社會(huì)物流總費(fèi)用等物流業(yè)統(tǒng)計(jì)核算內(nèi)容著手,通過(guò)與其他年份、地區(qū)的比較分析,總結(jié)出金州新區(qū)現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)現(xiàn)階段發(fā)展水平,本文通過(guò)對(duì)金州新區(qū)物流企業(yè)的調(diào)研分析,了解企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況、企業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)及營(yíng)商環(huán)境等相關(guān)情況,在對(duì)金州新區(qū)現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在問(wèn)題分析的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用SWOT分析技術(shù)對(duì)金州新區(qū)現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)進(jìn)行梳理、并對(duì)其所面臨的機(jī)遇及挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行研究,借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)發(fā)展模式及經(jīng)驗(yàn),就金州新區(qū)現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行探討,并提出對(duì)策建議。本文對(duì)于金州新區(qū)促進(jìn)現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)發(fā)展的對(duì)策研究,旨在為金州新區(qū)政府及時(shí)、有效的制定現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)發(fā)展的促進(jìn)政策提供科學(xué)可靠的依據(jù),為金州新區(qū)物流企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供有效思路,進(jìn)而為全區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展注入活力,同時(shí),本文的研究對(duì)大連市現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)發(fā)展也具有現(xiàn)實(shí)參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s, with the development of economy and the progress of science and technology, the modern logistics industry, which has been known as the "third profit source", has developed very rapidly, showing great vitality and vitality. Many countries (regions) measure their comprehensive national strength and economic development level by the development degree of modern logistics industry. Dalian is the core of economic development in Northeast China, especially the Jinzhou New District of Dalian, with its unique advantages of high degree of opening to the outside world, high speed of economic development and good quality of economic development, faces many important historical opportunities in the new round of development. For Jinzhou New District and Dalian City, the rapid development of modern logistics industry is of great significance to the transformation of development mode and optimization of industrial structure, at the same time, it plays an important role in promoting the opening to the outside world and promoting regional competitiveness. Based on the actual situation of Jinzhou New District, this paper starts from the logistics industry value added, the total amount of social logistics, the total cost of social logistics, and so on, through comparative analysis with other years and regions. This paper summarizes the current level of development of modern logistics industry in Jinzhou New District. Through the investigation and analysis of logistics enterprises in Jinzhou New District, we can find out the related situation of enterprise management, enterprise burden and business environment, etc. Based on the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of modern logistics industry in Jinzhou New District, the advantages and disadvantages in the development process of modern logistics industry in Jinzhou New District are analyzed by using SWOT analysis technology. This paper also studies the opportunities and challenges it faces, draws lessons from the development mode and experience of modern logistics industry at home and abroad, probes into the development strategy of modern logistics industry in Jinzhou New District, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. This paper studies the countermeasures to promote the development of modern logistics industry in Jinzhou New District, aiming at providing a scientific and reliable basis for the government of Jinzhou New District to formulate the policies to promote the development of modern logistics industry in a timely and effective manner. This paper provides an effective way of thinking for the development of logistics enterprises in Jinzhou New District, and then injects vitality into the economic development of the whole district. At the same time, the research in this paper also has practical reference value for the development of modern logistics industry in Dalian.
