商砼物流企業(yè)綠色管理的績效評價研究

【摘要】:綠色物流管理是當(dāng)前物流管理的新方向和重要課題,這個課題結(jié)合了物流管理和環(huán)境科學(xué)的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,是新興的研究方向。從物流的角度看,綠色物流能夠改善流程,節(jié)約成本,提高物流的利潤空間。從綠色環(huán)境保護的角度看,隨著人們對環(huán)境保護意識的增強,提高環(huán)境的質(zhì)量、節(jié)約資源都是從以人為本的角度出發(fā)的,對于社會、國家的意義都是不容忽視的。 對于商砼物流存在的質(zhì)量大、物流過程不確定性、二次轉(zhuǎn)移較多等特性,使商砼物流具有運輸成本高、人工操作較多、資源損耗大、廢棄物回收率低的特性。針對這些本文提出了確定合理庫存量、物流系統(tǒng)信息化、部分物流業(yè)務(wù)外包等措施。 另外,本文根據(jù)國內(nèi)外對商砼物流企業(yè)綠色管理的新概念、新要求,參照最新環(huán)境標(biāo)準(zhǔn),著重考查綠色管理的三個環(huán)節(jié),主要是配送中心、車輛路徑、以及回收過程的測評。而且通過每一個環(huán)節(jié)進行詳細的描述和進行綠色管理考慮的因素和措施。采用遺傳算法進行確定配送中心的最優(yōu)選址;對于車輛路徑的優(yōu)化的優(yōu)化,建議運用的是蟻群算法結(jié)合GIS來進行車輛調(diào)度和優(yōu)化的最佳選擇;而廢棄物的回收過程更是結(jié)合商砼材料的特性給出相對應(yīng)的回收方式和處理意見。建立績效考核的指標(biāo),其中有定性指標(biāo)和定量指標(biāo),然后構(gòu)建一個綠色管理的績效考核體系。本文采用的是模糊數(shù)學(xué)法進行評估,此方法可以有效地對綠色物流管理績效進行考核。這將對綠色物流管理在實際運行中對測評結(jié)果提供了一定的理論和實踐基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Green logistics management is a new direction and an important subject of current logistics management, which combines the relevant contents of logistics management and environmental science, and is a new research direction. From the point of view of logistics, green logistics can improve the flow, save costs and improve the profit space of logistics. From the point of view of green environmental protection, with the enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection, the improvement of environmental quality and the conservation of resources are all from the angle of people-oriented, and the significance of the country for society cannot be ignored. The characteristics of commercial concrete logistics, such as high quality, uncertain logistics process and more secondary transfer, make commercial concrete logistics have the characteristics of high transportation cost, more manual operation, large resource loss and low recovery rate of waste. In view of these, the paper puts forward some measures such as reasonable inventory, information of logistics system, outsourcing of some logistics business, etc. In addition, according to the new concept and new requirements of green management of commercial concrete logistics enterprises at home and abroad, and referring to the latest environmental standards, this paper emphatically examines the three links of green management, mainly the evaluation of distribution center, vehicle routing and recycling process. And through each link carries on the detailed description and carries on the green management consideration factor and the measure. Genetic algorithm is used to determine the optimal location of distribution center, for vehicle routing optimization, the ant colony algorithm combined with GIS is suggested to be the best choice for vehicle scheduling and optimization. The recycling process of waste is combined with the characteristics of commercial concrete materials to give the corresponding recovery method and treatment advice. Set up the index of performance appraisal, including qualitative index and quantitative index, then construct a performance appraisal system of green management. This paper adopts fuzzy mathematics method to evaluate the performance of green logistics management. This will provide a theoretical and practical basis for the evaluation results in the actual operation of green logistics management.
