【摘要】：國家級城市新區(qū)是促進(jìn)我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要手段。研究其設(shè)立的背景有助于深化對我國戰(zhàn)略布局的認(rèn)識。本文從區(qū)域分布和戰(zhàn)略類型兩方面分析了我國國家級城市新區(qū)設(shè)立的戰(zhàn)略背景并在此基礎(chǔ)上探討了國家級城市新區(qū)的設(shè)立對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)地理格局的影響。最后研究認(rèn)為,國家級城市新區(qū)與政治經(jīng)濟(jì)、國家戰(zhàn)略緊密相連,其設(shè)立過程反映了我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展格局從"沿海開放"向"內(nèi)陸開放"、從"沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)"向"海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)"拓展的戰(zhàn)略意圖。
[Abstract]:State-level new urban area is an important means to promote the development of regional economy in China. Studying the background of its establishment is helpful to deepen the understanding of our country's strategic layout. This paper analyzes the strategic background of the establishment of national urban new districts in China from the two aspects of regional distribution and strategic types, and discusses the influence of the establishment of national new urban areas on the economic geographical pattern of China. Finally, it is concluded that the new urban areas at the national level are closely linked to the political economy and the national strategy. Its establishment process reflects the strategic intention of the economic development pattern of our country from "coastal opening" to "inland opening" and from "coastal economy" to "marine economy".
