FMEA在企業(yè)技改項(xiàng)目中應(yīng)用效果評(píng)價(jià)體系構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,越來越多的企業(yè)都嘗試進(jìn)行技術(shù)改造。為了確保技術(shù)改項(xiàng)目能夠省時(shí)高效得完成,,一些企業(yè)引入FMEA事先預(yù)防的思想,嘗試把FMEA方法應(yīng)用到技改項(xiàng)目中,以求技改項(xiàng)目順利實(shí)施。 論文通過對(duì)FMEA方法在企業(yè)技改項(xiàng)目中應(yīng)用效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),構(gòu)建FMEA方法應(yīng)用的評(píng)價(jià)模型。這樣不僅有利于改善企業(yè)技改項(xiàng)目中FMEA的應(yīng)用狀況,同時(shí)還能提高技改項(xiàng)目的效率,以至于更好地促進(jìn)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。 首先,針對(duì)技術(shù)改造項(xiàng)目和FMEA理論的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,分析論文的研究背景和研究意義。通過介紹技術(shù)改造項(xiàng)目、失效模式與后果分析以及項(xiàng)目評(píng)價(jià)方法的相關(guān)理論,為研究FMEA在企業(yè)技改項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用效果評(píng)價(jià)奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。 其次,對(duì)FMEA在企業(yè)技改項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用狀況進(jìn)行分析。闡述FMEA與技改項(xiàng)目的適用性以及FMEA在企業(yè)技改項(xiàng)目前期準(zhǔn)備階段、實(shí)施階段和收尾階段的各自應(yīng)用機(jī)理。 再次,基于企業(yè)技改項(xiàng)目評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)選取原則,分析并選取六個(gè)主要評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),構(gòu)建FMEA在企業(yè)技改項(xiàng)目中應(yīng)用效果評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。介紹各指標(biāo)以及所屬二級(jí)指標(biāo)權(quán)重的確定方法,確定模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)技改項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),并選擇合適的處理方法對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。 最后,選取北京巴威公司熱處理爐技改項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。通過對(duì)指標(biāo)體系的判斷矩陣進(jìn)行調(diào)查匯總,進(jìn)行指標(biāo)權(quán)重計(jì)算。建立指標(biāo)隸屬度矩陣,完成二級(jí)模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)和一級(jí)模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià),最后分析評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果并提出反饋建議。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of innovative enterprises in China, more and more enterprises are trying to carry out technological transformation. In order to ensure that the technical reform project can be completed efficiently and efficiently, some enterprises introduce the idea of FMEA prevention in advance and try to apply the FMEA method to the technical reform project in order to carry out the technical reform project smoothly. By evaluating the application effect of FMEA method in enterprise technical innovation project, the evaluation model of FMEA method is constructed. This will not only improve the application of FMEA in the enterprise technical innovation project, but also improve the efficiency of the technical reform project, so as to better promote the realization of the strategic goal of the enterprise. Firstly, the research background and significance of the thesis are analyzed according to the status quo of the technical transformation project and the FMEA theory at home and abroad. Through the introduction of the technical transformation project, failure mode and consequence analysis, and the relevant theory of the project evaluation method, this paper lays a theoretical foundation for the study of the application effect evaluation of FMEA in the enterprise technical innovation project. Secondly, the application of FMEA in enterprise technical innovation project is analyzed. The applicability of FMEA and technical innovation project and the application mechanism of FMEA in the preparatory stage, implementation stage and closing stage of enterprise technical reform project are expounded. Thirdly, based on the selection principle of enterprise technical innovation project evaluation index, this paper analyzes and selects six main evaluation indexes, and constructs the evaluation index system of FMEA applied in enterprise technical innovation project. This paper introduces the method of determining the weight of each index and its secondary index, determines the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the technical innovation project, and selects the appropriate treatment method to analyze the evaluation result. At last, the paper chooses the heat treatment furnace technical innovation project of Beijing Barwick Company to carry on the demonstration analysis. The index weight is calculated by investigating and summarizing the judgment matrix of the index system. The index membership matrix is established to complete the two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the first-class fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, the evaluation results are analyzed and some feedback suggestions are put forward.
