【摘要】：該文通過(guò)對(duì)廣東四家產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移工業(yè)園周邊農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力的就業(yè)選擇所進(jìn)行的調(diào)查,結(jié)果表明,"雙轉(zhuǎn)移"戰(zhàn)略有效促進(jìn)了農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力在產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)出地和產(chǎn)業(yè)承接地的合理配置。產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移承接為農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力的返鄉(xiāng)就業(yè)與創(chuàng)業(yè)搭建起了有效的橋梁。這對(duì)于當(dāng)前普遍存在且愈演愈烈的"農(nóng)村留守婦女與兒童問(wèn)題"與"空巢老人問(wèn)題"等農(nóng)村社會(huì)焦點(diǎn)問(wèn)題的解決提供了一定思路�；诖�,轉(zhuǎn)移企業(yè)與當(dāng)?shù)鼗鶎诱畱?yīng)積極改善農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力的工作條件與環(huán)境,加大對(duì)農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力人力資本投資的力度。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of the employment choice of rural labor force around the four industrial transfer industrial parks in Guangdong province, the results show that the "double transfer" strategy has effectively promoted the rational allocation of rural labor force in the industrial transfer and industrial undertaking areas. The industrial transfer has built an effective bridge for the rural labor force to return to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneurship. This provides a certain way of thinking to solve the problems of rural social focus such as "the problem of women and children left behind in rural areas" and "the problem of empty nest elderly", which is prevalent and intensified at present. Based on this, transfer enterprises and local grass-roots governments should actively improve the working conditions and environment of rural labor force and increase the investment of human capital in rural labor force.
