【摘要】：正改革開放以來,我國工業(yè)化和城市化進程加快,在城鄉(xiāng)之間、區(qū)域之間出現(xiàn)了大規(guī)模的流動人口。2014年國家衛(wèi)計委流動人口動態(tài)監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)顯示,到2013年末,全國流動人口的總量為2.45億,超過總?cè)丝诘?/6。據(jù)預(yù)測,到2050年我國流動人口規(guī)模估計可達3.5億人左右。流動人口既是社會經(jīng)濟的建設(shè)者和奉獻者,也是社會經(jīng)濟活動的主體,理應(yīng)得到主體性的人格尊重和地位保障,這就要求他們能夠真正融入到城市中去,與本地居民交融共處、利益共享、責任共擔。但是在傳統(tǒng)的"政府主導型"、"土地財政型"、"片面發(fā)展型"的城鎮(zhèn)化道路下,我國城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)呈現(xiàn)低水平、高耗能、粗放型的特征,存在重
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the process of industrialization and urbanization in China has accelerated, and a large scale of floating population has emerged between urban and rural areas and between regions. The data of the dynamic monitoring of the floating population of the State Health and Family Planning Commission in 2014 show that by the end of 2013, China's total floating population is 245 million, more than a sixth of the total population. It is predicted that by 2050, the size of China's floating population can reach about 350 million people. The floating population is not only the constructor and devotee of social economy, but also the main body of social economic activities. Share interests, share responsibilities. However, under the traditional "government-led", "land finance" and "one-sided development" urbanization road, urbanization construction in China presents the characteristics of low level, high energy consumption, extensive type, and heavy.
