鋼鐵銷售物流網(wǎng)絡節(jié)點選址研究與應用

【摘要】:鋼鐵行業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),它是衡量一個國家工業(yè)化水平高低的重要標志之一。但目前鋼鐵行業(yè)產(chǎn)能過剩,,產(chǎn)品結構不合理、成本高、內(nèi)部無序競爭,價格戰(zhàn)嚴重、布局不合理等問題不斷凸顯,我國的鋼鐵行業(yè)已經(jīng)進入了高成本、低利潤經(jīng)營狀態(tài)。而在這種狀態(tài)下,鋼鐵行業(yè)中受影響最嚴重即是鋼鐵企業(yè)。 鋼鐵企業(yè)要度過難關,需要降本增效,降低鋼鐵銷售物流成本是很好的切入點。布局鋼鐵物流節(jié)點,構建鋼鐵銷售物流網(wǎng)絡是降低鋼鐵銷售物流成本、縮短鋼鐵流通過程、提高客戶服務水平、減少產(chǎn)成品庫存、穩(wěn)定市場價格、把鋼鐵物流從成本中心轉變?yōu)槔麧欀行牡挠欣胧M瑫r目前對鋼鐵銷售物流研究主要集中于銷售物流管理、模式、信息化等方面,對鋼鐵物流節(jié)點定量選址及物流網(wǎng)絡構建研究較少,因此本論文對鋼鐵銷售物流節(jié)點的研究具有重要的現(xiàn)實指導及理論研究意義。 首先,論文對物流、鋼鐵物流以及物流節(jié)點、鋼鐵銷售物流節(jié)點相關理論進行詳細的闡述,為后續(xù)鋼鐵銷售物流網(wǎng)絡節(jié)點的研究奠定理論基礎。同時也對鋼鐵銷售物流網(wǎng)絡節(jié)點選址的原則及影響因素進行分析,為后續(xù)物流節(jié)點選址思路提供依據(jù)。 其次,論文針對鋼鐵銷售物流網(wǎng)絡節(jié)點選址的問題提出了“兩階段”選址方法。首先針對備選點能夠設立鋼鐵物流網(wǎng)絡節(jié)點的綜合實力進行評價,在評價過程中構建了相應評價指標體系,并且結合評價體系構建了基于粗糙集的評價模型,得到每個備選點的評價值,作為備選點初選的依據(jù)。然后在初選的基礎上,構建以成本最低以及客戶服務水平最大化為目標的多目標規(guī)劃模型,并針對模型設立了相應計算過程,最后由LINGO軟件進行求解,得到鋼鐵銷售物流網(wǎng)絡節(jié)點最終位置、數(shù)量以及不同種類產(chǎn)成品從工廠到物流節(jié)點的運輸路徑及相應運輸量,不同種類產(chǎn)成品從物流節(jié)點到客戶的運輸路徑及相應運輸量。 最后,論文以從J鋼調(diào)研收集到的鋼鐵銷售實際數(shù)據(jù)以及從統(tǒng)計年鑒和數(shù)據(jù)庫查詢到的數(shù)據(jù)為已知量代入構建的選址的模型中,檢驗模型的實用性。
[Abstract]:Steel industry is the pillar industry of national economy, which is one of the important symbols to measure the industrialization level of a country. However, the problems of overcapacity, unreasonable product structure, high cost, internal disordered competition, serious price war and unreasonable layout in the steel industry have become increasingly prominent. China's steel industry has entered a high cost and low profit management state. In this state, the steel industry is the most seriously affected is the iron and steel enterprises. In order to overcome the difficulties, iron and steel enterprises need to reduce cost and efficiency, and reduce the cost of steel sales logistics is a good entry point. The distribution of iron and steel logistics nodes, the construction of steel sales logistics network is to reduce the cost of steel sales logistics, shorten the steel circulation process, improve the level of customer service, reduce the inventory of finished products, and stabilize market prices. The favorable measures to change the steel logistics from cost center to profit center. At the same time, the research on the iron and steel distribution logistics is mainly focused on the management, mode, information, and so on, and the research on the quantitative location of steel logistics nodes and the construction of logistics network is less. Therefore, this paper has important practical guidance and theoretical significance for the research of iron and steel sales logistics node. First of all, the paper elaborates the related theories of logistics, steel logistics and logistics node, steel sales logistics node, and lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research of steel sales logistics network node. At the same time, the paper also analyzes the principle and influencing factors of node location in iron and steel distribution logistics network, which provides the basis for future logistics node location. Secondly, aiming at the problem of node location in steel distribution logistics network, this paper puts forward a "two-stage" location method. Firstly, the comprehensive strength of the steel logistics network node can be set up in the alternative point to evaluate, and the corresponding evaluation index system is constructed in the process of evaluation, and the evaluation model based on rough set is constructed in combination with the evaluation system. The evaluation value of each alternative point is obtained as the basis for the primary selection of the alternative point. Then, on the basis of the primary selection, a multi-objective programming model aiming at the lowest cost and maximization of customer service level is constructed, and the corresponding calculation process is established for the model. Finally, the model is solved by LINGO software. Finally, the final location and quantity of the nodes in the distribution logistics network of iron and steel are obtained, as well as the transportation path and the corresponding transport volume of different kinds of finished products from the factory to the logistics node, and the transportation path from the logistics node to the customer of different kinds of finished products and the corresponding transport volume. Finally, the paper uses the actual data collected from J steel research and the data from statistical yearbook and database to test the practicability of the model.
