【摘要】:隨著汽車工業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,也帶動(dòng)了汽車制造業(yè)對(duì)正向物流的關(guān)注,但與此同時(shí)卻忽略了逆向物流系統(tǒng),導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)生了大量的汽車廢品垃圾,造成資源浪費(fèi)的同時(shí)也對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生了破壞。因此,研究逆向物流回收活動(dòng)可以很大程度上的解決以上問題。不僅如此,提高汽車部件的利用率也能緩解企業(yè)成本壓力,在汽車銷售正向物流活動(dòng)所創(chuàng)造的利潤(rùn)被開發(fā)到了極致的情況下,,汽車部件回收再造所創(chuàng)造的利潤(rùn)將會(huì)成為企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的關(guān)鍵,推動(dòng)企業(yè)發(fā)展,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 本文探討的是新龍馬汽車股份有限公司再制造逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案。在國(guó)內(nèi)外逆向物流及汽車再制造逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的文獻(xiàn)研究基礎(chǔ)上,通過分析新龍馬公司再制造逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的構(gòu)成、功能和特點(diǎn),得到阻礙公司物流發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素,明確了公司的汽車再制造物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)特征及運(yùn)作過程。 根據(jù)公司的再制造物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)作情況,確立了公司逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式和網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)。依據(jù)不確定規(guī)劃理論,綜合考慮公司實(shí)際運(yùn)營(yíng)中出現(xiàn)的不確定性因素,融合正逆物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)集成化的思想,以運(yùn)營(yíng)成本之和最小為目標(biāo)函數(shù)構(gòu)建了基于不確定性條件的單周期、多產(chǎn)品的汽車再制造逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,同時(shí)在正向產(chǎn)品分銷/再分銷物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)中考慮新產(chǎn)品和再制造產(chǎn)品的物流量分配。該模型是擁有能力限制的閉環(huán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),具有良好的穩(wěn)健性。為了使模型結(jié)果更加精確,采用期望值方法和隨機(jī)機(jī)會(huì)約束規(guī)劃方法對(duì)模型進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)化。最后通過仿真求解,確定了公司再制造逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)中各設(shè)施的數(shù)量和位置以及各條物流路徑上的物流量。針對(duì)新龍馬公司再制造逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)能夠更好的實(shí)施,本文從多角度提出一些保障策略和措施,以此來降低逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)施過程中的不確定性,提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)健性。為新龍馬股份有限公司的再制造逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展提供一個(gè)具有實(shí)際可操作的方案。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of automobile industry, the automobile manufacturing industry pays more attention to the forward logistics, but at the same time, it ignores the reverse logistics system, resulting in a large number of automobile waste garbage. The waste of resources has also caused damage to the ecological environment. Therefore, the study of reverse logistics recovery activities can solve the above problems to a large extent. Not only that, increasing the utilization rate of automobile parts can also alleviate the cost pressure of enterprises. When the profits generated by the positive logistics activities of automobile sales are exploited to the maximum, The profit generated by the recovery and recycling of automobile parts will become the key to the competition of enterprises, which will promote the development of enterprises and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. This paper discusses the optimal design scheme of remanufacturing reverse logistics network of Xinlongma Automobile Co., Ltd. On the basis of literature research on reverse logistics network at home and abroad and automobile remanufacturing reverse logistics network, by analyzing the composition, function and characteristics of remanufacturing reverse logistics network of Xinlongma Company, the key factors hindering the development of logistics are obtained. The network structure and operation process of automobile remanufacturing logistics are clarified. According to the operation of the company's remanufacturing logistics network, the operation mode and network structure of the company's reverse logistics network are established. According to the uncertain programming theory, considering the uncertainty factors in the actual operation of the company, combining the idea of integration of forward and inverse logistics network, a single period based on uncertainty condition is constructed by taking the sum of operation cost as the objective function. The vehicle remanufacturing reverse logistics network model of multi-product is proposed, and the logistics distribution of new products and remanufactured products is considered in the forward product distribution / redistribution logistics network. The model is a closed-loop network structure with limited capacity and has good robustness. In order to make the model more accurate, the expected value method and the stochastic chance constrained programming method are used to transform the model. Finally, the number and location of each facility in the remanufacturing reverse logistics network and the logistics flow on each logistics path are determined by simulation. Aiming at the remanufacturing reverse logistics network system of Xinlongma Company, this paper puts forward some safeguard strategies and measures from many angles to reduce the uncertainty in the implementation process of reverse logistics network and improve the robustness of the network system. It provides a practical scheme for the development of remanufacturing reverse logistics network system of Xinlongma Co., Ltd.
