【摘要】:摘要:隨著電子商務(wù)的不斷發(fā)展,快遞行業(yè)已經(jīng)成為了制約電子商務(wù)發(fā)展的重要因素之一,而解決快遞末端配送問(wèn)題又是解決基于電子商務(wù)發(fā)展的快遞行業(yè)的問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),快遞末端配送存在著服務(wù)水平較低、管理混亂、資源浪費(fèi)、專業(yè)化程度較低等眾多問(wèn)題,無(wú)法適應(yīng)終端顧客的需求,也造成了一定的社會(huì)問(wèn)題。 為了解決“最后一公里”的配送問(wèn)題,本文研究了快遞配送末端整合的模式。所謂末端整合模式就是成立快遞末端整合企業(yè),代理各個(gè)快遞公司或者電商企業(yè)的末端配送工作,使得末端配送變成一項(xiàng)專業(yè)化的快遞服務(wù)。 文章重點(diǎn)研究的是快遞末端整合模式的收益分配問(wèn)題。在系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈、物流整合、博弈論契約和收益分配相關(guān)理論和閱讀相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)對(duì)末端整合后的快遞服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式的研究,對(duì)快遞企業(yè)和快遞末端整合企業(yè)之間收益分配的原則、影響因素和過(guò)程進(jìn)行定性分析。 在定性分析的基礎(chǔ)之上,文章首先求得了快遞企業(yè)和末端整合企業(yè)共同決策時(shí)整條服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的系統(tǒng)最佳收益,接著運(yùn)用stackelberg博弈求解分散決策時(shí)固定付費(fèi)、收入共享、服務(wù)水平補(bǔ)償和收益共享與成本共擔(dān)四種不同收益分配方式下快遞公司、末端整合企業(yè)和整條服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的最佳收益、和最優(yōu)服務(wù)水平,接著進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,找到能夠協(xié)調(diào)該服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的收益分配方式,在達(dá)到系統(tǒng)最優(yōu)的同時(shí),尋求讓快遞公司和末端整合企業(yè)均較滿意的分配方案。并通過(guò)算例驗(yàn)證分析的結(jié)果。 最后本文針對(duì)研究結(jié)果對(duì)快遞配送服務(wù)末端整合模式的運(yùn)營(yíng)提出了一定的建議。同時(shí)提出了文章存在的不足和今后研究的方向。 文章包括圖3幅,表3個(gè),參考文獻(xiàn)48篇。
[Abstract]:Abstract: with the continuous development of electronic commerce, express delivery industry has become one of the important factors restricting the development of electronic commerce, and solving the problem of terminal delivery is the key to solve the problem of express delivery industry based on the development of electronic commerce. For a long time, there are many problems such as low service level, confused management, waste of resources, low degree of specialization and so on, which can not meet the needs of terminal customers, and also cause certain social problems. In order to solve the "last kilometer" distribution problem, this paper studies the mode of terminal integration of express delivery. The end integration mode is to set up express terminal integration enterprise, acting as the terminal distribution work of various express delivery companies or e-commerce enterprises, which makes terminal distribution become a specialized express service. This paper focuses on the distribution of revenue in the terminal integration mode of express delivery. On the basis of systematical learning service supply chain, logistics integration, game theory contract and income distribution theory and reading related literature, this paper studies the operation mode of courier service supply chain after terminal integration. The principle, influencing factors and process of profit distribution between express delivery enterprise and express terminal integration enterprise are analyzed qualitatively. On the basis of qualitative analysis, this paper first obtains the optimal income of the whole service supply chain when the express company and the terminal integration enterprise make joint decision, and then solves the fixed payment and income sharing when the decentralized decision is solved by stackelberg game. Under four different income distribution modes of service level compensation, revenue sharing and cost sharing, the end integration enterprise and the whole service supply chain have the best income, and the optimal service level, and then carry on the comparative analysis, then carries on the contrast analysis, the end integrates the enterprise and the entire service supply chain, and the optimal service level. Find out how to coordinate the profit distribution of the service supply chain, and find out the distribution scheme which can make the express company and the terminal integration enterprise satisfied with the system optimization at the same time. An example is given to verify the results of the analysis. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the operation of terminal integration mode of express delivery service. At the same time, the paper puts forward the shortcomings of the paper and the direction of future research. The article includes 3 figures, 3 tables and 48 references.
