【摘要】：摘要：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和生活水平的提高,品質(zhì)優(yōu)良、品種豐富、產(chǎn)品新鮮安全、供應(yīng)及時(shí)已經(jīng)成為廣大消費(fèi)者對(duì)蔬菜類農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的普遍要求。同時(shí),城市生活節(jié)奏的加快,使上班族很難有時(shí)間去農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)或超市選購(gòu)生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品。電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展,也使消費(fèi)者對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)買需求越來(lái)越旺盛。 基于以上背景,物流便利店的發(fā)展能很好地適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代人的生活方式。物流便利店借鑒和結(jié)合便利店、自提點(diǎn)的經(jīng)營(yíng)理念與特色,為企業(yè)解決配送最后一公里問(wèn)題。本文對(duì)SN集團(tuán)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品零售網(wǎng)絡(luò)、配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合集團(tuán)的實(shí)際情況以及在企業(yè)的實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和調(diào)研分析,定性分析蔬菜類農(nóng)產(chǎn)品時(shí)效性、物流便利店模式、服務(wù)水平等關(guān)鍵因素對(duì)物流便利店的影響。 在定性分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本文綜合運(yùn)用0-1混合整數(shù)規(guī)劃的方法建立了SN集團(tuán)蔬菜類農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流便利店選址—路徑優(yōu)化模型,根據(jù)本文需要解決的問(wèn)題將選址—路徑優(yōu)化問(wèn)題分為兩個(gè)階段,選址階段和路徑優(yōu)化階段,分別建立兩個(gè)階段的模型。模型從減少物流便利店成本角度出發(fā),綜合考慮了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品時(shí)效性、服務(wù)水平、客戶滿意度的影響。最后,本文通過(guò)改進(jìn)的遺傳算法對(duì)兩個(gè)階段的模型進(jìn)行求解,對(duì)求解的結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析后對(duì)SN集團(tuán)提出建設(shè)性意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: with the development of economy and the improvement of living standard, good quality, rich variety, fresh and safe products and timely supply have become the general requirements of the majority of consumers for vegetable agricultural products.At the same time, the quickening pace of urban life makes it difficult for office workers to go to farmers' markets or supermarkets to buy fresh agricultural products.The development of electronic commerce, also make consumer to produce network purchase demand more and more exuberant.Based on the above background, the development of logistics convenience stores can adapt to modern life style.The logistics convenience store uses for reference and combines the convenience store, raises the point management idea and the characteristic, solves the distribution last kilometer question for the enterprise.This paper analyzes the current situation of SN group's agricultural product retail network and distribution network, combining with the actual situation of the group and the practical experience and investigation and analysis in the enterprise, qualitatively analyzes the timeliness of vegetable agricultural products and the mode of logistics convenience store.The influence of key factors such as service level on logistics convenience stores.On the basis of qualitative analysis, this paper uses 0-1 mixed integer programming method to establish the site-path optimization model of the convenient store of vegetable products logistics in SN group.According to the problem to be solved in this paper, the site-path optimization problem is divided into two stages, the location stage and the path optimization stage.In order to reduce the cost of logistics convenience store, the model considers the effects of agricultural product timeliness, service level and customer satisfaction.Finally, the improved genetic algorithm (GA) is used to solve the two-stage model. After analyzing the results of the solution, some constructive suggestions are put forward to SN group.
