【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)，中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)迅猛發(fā)展，隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)水平和科學(xué)技術(shù)水平的快速提升，城鎮(zhèn)化的重要性日益顯現(xiàn)。當(dāng)前，推進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化已成為發(fā)展地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)和提高現(xiàn)代化水平的重要辦法。截至2012年，我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化率已超過(guò)50%。由歷史發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)可知，未來(lái)的20年中國(guó)將進(jìn)入城鎮(zhèn)化快速推進(jìn)期，未來(lái)的20年我們也將面臨城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的種種考驗(yàn)。我們必須要按照黨中央的部署，堅(jiān)持走中國(guó)特色新型城鎮(zhèn)化之路，堅(jiān)持以人為本，促進(jìn)產(chǎn)城融合，推動(dòng)城市、城鎮(zhèn)、鄉(xiāng)村協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。 為深入了解城鎮(zhèn)化內(nèi)涵，更好把握城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展時(shí)機(jī)，保障浙江省浙江瑞安經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)持續(xù)發(fā)展，本文以浙江瑞安為研究對(duì)象，主要通過(guò)對(duì)浙江瑞安城鎮(zhèn)化現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，查找其存在的問(wèn)題，并分析產(chǎn)生該問(wèn)題的原因；然后探討國(guó)內(nèi)外城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，探尋浙江瑞安城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展可借鑒的措施及方法；最后結(jié)合瑞安的市情，有針對(duì)性地提出浙江瑞安城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的具體對(duì)策措施。論文有助于豐富地區(qū)性尤其是東部較發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化理論，對(duì)提升浙江瑞安經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力和社會(huì)發(fā)展水平有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。論文分六個(gè)部分進(jìn)行研究：第一章是引言，主要介紹研究的目的、意義、研究方法和研究現(xiàn)狀；第二章是文獻(xiàn)綜述，主要介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于城鎮(zhèn)化的研究綜述、城鎮(zhèn)化的內(nèi)涵，并對(duì)新型城鎮(zhèn)化內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了分析；第三章介紹浙江瑞安城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的歷史與現(xiàn)狀；第四章分析浙江瑞安城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題及原因；第五章是案例分析，先分析國(guó)外三種主要城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展模式，然后以國(guó)內(nèi)四個(gè)城市城鎮(zhèn)化為實(shí)際案例，分別總結(jié)各自的經(jīng)驗(yàn)、教訓(xùn)，及其對(duì)于瑞安的城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的啟示作用；第六章指出浙江瑞安城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的未來(lái)方向，主要從經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展為中心，調(diào)節(jié)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，積極發(fā)展第三產(chǎn)業(yè)，，科學(xué)城鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃布局，加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村教育，創(chuàng)新土地制度，完善社會(huì)保障制度等幾個(gè)層面針對(duì)性地提出對(duì)策措施。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy and society have developed rapidly. With the rapid improvement of China's economic level and scientific and technological level, the importance of urbanization has become increasingly apparent. Promoting urbanization has become an important way to develop the regional economy and raise the level of modernization. As of 2012, the urbanization rate in China has exceeded 50%. According to the historical development experience, China will enter a period of rapid urbanization in the next 20 years. In the next 20 years, we will also be faced with various tests of the development of urbanization. We must adhere to the new road of urbanization with Chinese characteristics, adhere to the people-oriented approach, promote the integration of industrial and urban areas, and promote cities and towns in accordance with the arrangements of the CPC Central Committee. The village develops harmoniously. In order to deeply understand the connotation of urbanization, better grasp the opportunity of urbanization development and ensure the sustainable economic and social development of Zhejiang Province, this paper takes Zhejiang Ryan as the research object, mainly through the analysis of the current situation of urbanization in Zhejiang Ryan. Find out the existing problems and analyze the causes of the problem; then discuss the experience of urbanization development at home and abroad, explore the measures and methods that can be used for reference in the development of urbanization in Ruian, Zhejiang. Finally, combined with the market situation of Ryan, The specific countermeasures and measures for the urbanization development in Ryan, Zhejiang Province, are put forward pertinently. The paper is helpful to enrich the urbanization theory in the region, especially in the more developed areas in the eastern part of the country. The thesis is divided into six parts: the first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the purpose, significance, research methods and current situation of the research; The second chapter is a literature review, mainly introduces the domestic and foreign research on urbanization, the connotation of urbanization, and analyzes the connotation of new urbanization, the third chapter introduces the history and current situation of urbanization development in Ruian, Zhejiang Province. Chapter 4th analyzes the problems and reasons in the urbanization development in Ruian, Zhejiang Province. Chapter 5th is a case study, which first analyzes three major urbanization modes in foreign countries, and then takes the urbanization of four cities in China as a practical case. Summarizing their respective experiences, lessons, and implications for the urbanization development of Ryan, respectively. Chapter 6th points out the future direction of urbanization development in Ruian, Zhejiang Province, which mainly focuses on economic development and regulates the industrial structure. Some countermeasures are put forward such as actively developing the tertiary industry, scientifically planning the cities and towns, strengthening rural education, innovating the land system, perfecting the social security system and so on.
