【摘要】:針對有裝配線最小批量要求且供應(yīng)商交貨數(shù)量隨機條件下的多物料訂貨量分配問題,以訂貨成本、采購成本、庫存持有成本和拖期成本組成的總成本最小為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),構(gòu)建了混合整數(shù)隨機規(guī)劃模型;使用離散粒子群優(yōu)化算法對模型進(jìn)行求解,通過兩組算例將粒子群優(yōu)化算法與遺傳算法和枚舉算法進(jìn)行了對比分析,算例結(jié)果驗證了離散粒子群優(yōu)化算法解決該問題的可行性和有效性。最后,通過一組實例分析了不同單位拖期成本和單位庫存成本情形下的訂貨量分配方案以及單位拖期成本/單位庫存成本這一比例對總成本的影響。實例結(jié)果表明,物料的訂貨量分配方案與單位拖期成本/單位庫存成本有關(guān),且總成本與該比例呈線性相關(guān)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the multi-material order allocation problem with minimum batch requirement of assembly line and random quantity of delivery from suppliers, the objective is to minimize the total cost of ordering cost, purchasing cost, inventory holding cost and delay cost. The mixed integer stochastic programming model is constructed, the discrete particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the model, and the particle swarm optimization algorithm is compared with genetic algorithm and enumeration algorithm. The numerical results show that the discrete particle swarm optimization algorithm is feasible and effective to solve the problem. Finally, Through a set of examples, this paper analyzes the distribution scheme of order quantity under different unit delay cost and unit inventory cost and the effect of unit delay cost / unit inventory cost on the total cost. The order quantity distribution scheme is related to the unit delay cost / unit inventory cost, and the total cost is linearly related to the ratio.
