【摘要】：我們知道，，物流效率的提高能夠很好的降低企業(yè)的成本，因為隨著物流效率的提高，相應(yīng)的可以降低庫存，從而減少了資金占用，提高了資金的使用效率。間接的提高了企業(yè)的利潤。 在企業(yè)的發(fā)展中，隨著市場競爭的加劇，企業(yè)首先想到的是降低原材料消耗，或采用新型材料提高性能、降低消耗，同時企業(yè)一直在想方設(shè)法的提高勞動生產(chǎn)率，通過采用新技術(shù)、新工藝、新的管理方法等，提高勞動生產(chǎn)率，為企業(yè)增強競爭優(yōu)勢。然而在市場競爭日益激烈的今天，很多行業(yè)的產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化越來越高，工藝手段相近、技術(shù)水平、材料水平相近，管理水平相近，利用降低材料消耗、提供勞動生產(chǎn)率變得越來越困難。因此人們開始重視物流環(huán)節(jié)，通過優(yōu)化物流過程、加強物流理論研究，最終達(dá)到降低物流成本的目的。因此國際上普遍把物流稱為“降低成本的最后邊界”。 本文通過對物流公司為汽車制造企業(yè)提供的入廠物流配送運作方式的研究，分析其在入廠物流中存在的實際問題，通過借鑒國外先進(jìn)的產(chǎn)前物流配送理論體系，尋找適合物流公司入廠物流的配送體系和實施方式，從而提高物料配送的及時性、準(zhǔn)確率，增加企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，降低企業(yè)運行成本。 本文首先介紹了國內(nèi)外物流管理的研究情況，引述了幾種影響較廣泛的理論。之后對FVW公司的入廠物流運作方式進(jìn)行了介紹，并對其進(jìn)行了分析，指出了目前存在的問題，其次，介紹了層次分析法的原理、結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)建和實施的具體步驟。結(jié)合汽車企業(yè)對入廠物流的相關(guān)要求，設(shè)定了入廠物流的分層結(jié)構(gòu)及評價指標(biāo)的選取方法、指標(biāo)測量及權(quán)重。最后利用層次分析法（AHP）理論對物流方式進(jìn)行評價。通過對指標(biāo)進(jìn)行計算和比較分析，最終獲得超市物流方式的比較優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:We know that the improvement of logistics efficiency can reduce the cost of enterprises very well, because with the increase of logistics efficiency, the inventory can be reduced accordingly, thereby reducing the occupation of funds and improving the efficiency of fund utilization, which indirectly improves the profits of enterprises.
In the development of enterprises, with the aggravation of the market competition, the first thought is to reduce the consumption of raw materials, and using new materials to improve performance, reduce consumption, at the same time, enterprises have been trying to improve labor productivity, through the use of new technology, new technology, new management methods, improve labor productivity, enhance the competitive advantage enterprise. However, in today's increasingly competitive market, product homogeneity is more and more high in many industries, technology similar to the technical level, material level is similar to that of the management level is similar to that by reducing the material consumption, provide labor productivity becomes more and more difficult. So people begin to pay attention to logistics, through the optimization of the logistics process, strengthen logistics the theoretical research, the final purpose of reducing the logistics cost. So the international logistics is called "common to reduce the cost of the final frontier.
Based on the research of the logistics company for automobile manufacturing enterprises to provide inbound logistics operation mode, analyzes its existing problems in inbound logistics, logistics and distribution of prenatal by referring to foreign advanced theories, to find suitable for logistics distribution system of inbound logistics and the implementation way, so as to improve the material delivery timeliness, the accuracy rate, increase the economic efficiency of enterprises, reduce business operating costs.
This paper introduces the research situation of domestic and foreign logistics management, the influence of several widely quoted theory. After FVW's inbound logistics mode were introduced and analyzed, pointed out the existing problems, secondly, introduces the principle of analytic hierarchy process, structure and specific steps the implementation of the relevant requirements. Combined with the automobile enterprises of inbound logistics, set the selection method of hierarchical structure and evaluation index of inbound logistics, measurement and weight. Finally, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) theory in the evaluation of logistics mode. Based on the index calculation and comparative analysis, finally obtain the comparative advantage of supermarket logistics mode.
