【摘要】：隨著我國汽車工業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,汽車物流業(yè)逐漸面臨著將高運作成本、低附加值的業(yè)務(wù)外包的問題。但由于目前汽車物流業(yè)務(wù)外包的二、三級市場操作模式還不夠規(guī)范、業(yè)務(wù)運作還不夠標(biāo)準(zhǔn),給汽車物流企業(yè)的外包業(yè)務(wù)管理帶來了許多的困難。如何在不降低供應(yīng)鏈整體服務(wù)質(zhì)量的前提下,管理好外包出去的物流業(yè)務(wù),進而提升自己的核心競爭力就成為汽車物流企業(yè)面臨的重要問題。本文以汽車物流企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)外包為研究對象,深入到汽車物流企業(yè) 二次外包‖的物流運輸業(yè)務(wù)實操層面,研究業(yè)務(wù)運作過程中的績效管理。本文結(jié)合已有理論研究的成果和汽車物流行業(yè)實際情況,總結(jié)了物流業(yè)務(wù)績效管理的基本流程和實施步驟。同時借鑒汽車制造業(yè)中的現(xiàn)場管理和質(zhì)量管理思想,提出了以QCDSM和4M1E為基礎(chǔ)的績效評價指標(biāo)體系,這種新的思路有助于汽車物流企業(yè)更加貼近客戶的特性和需求。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文探討了綜合運用層次分析和數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析進行績效評價分析的方法:先用AHP方法對指標(biāo)體系各評價維度的權(quán)重進行賦值,然后用DEA方法針對各維度下供應(yīng)商的業(yè)務(wù)績效表現(xiàn),計算出相對效率值,最后結(jié)合AHP方法得出的各維度權(quán)重,計算出某個供應(yīng)商整體的相對效率作為績效表現(xiàn)的結(jié)果和判斷依據(jù)。為了驗證研究成果和數(shù)學(xué)模型,本文引用了F物流公司的實際情況,構(gòu)建了一套外包業(yè)務(wù)績效管理流程和評價指標(biāo)體系,并運用AHPDEA綜合的方法對F公司的五個供應(yīng)商績效進行實例統(tǒng)計和分析,得到了較為理想的結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of automobile industry in our country, automobile logistics industry is facing the problem of outsourcing business with high operating cost and low added value. Business operation is not standard enough, which brings a lot of difficulties to the outsourcing business management of automobile logistics enterprises. How to manage the outsourced logistics business well without reducing the overall service quality of the supply chain, Then to improve their core competitiveness has become an important issue facing automobile logistics enterprises. This paper takes the outsourcing of automobile logistics enterprises as the research object and goes deep into the logistics transportation business of automobile logistics enterprises. This paper studies the performance management in the course of business operation. This paper combines the existing theoretical research results and the actual situation of automobile logistics industry. This paper summarizes the basic process and implementation steps of logistics business performance management, and proposes a performance evaluation index system based on QCDSM and 4M1E for reference of field management and quality management in automobile manufacturing industry. This new way of thinking helps automobile logistics enterprises to be closer to the characteristics and needs of their customers. This paper discusses the comprehensive use of hierarchical analysis and data envelopment analysis to evaluate the performance of the method: first, the AHP method is used to assign the weight of each evaluation dimension of the index system. Then the DEA method is used to calculate the relative efficiency value according to the performance of the supplier under each dimension. Finally, the weight of each dimension is obtained by combining with the AHP method. The relative efficiency of a supplier as a whole is calculated as the result and judgment basis of performance performance. In order to verify the research results and mathematical model, this paper cites the actual situation of F logistics company. This paper constructs a set of outsourcing business performance management process and evaluation index system, and uses the method of AHPDEA synthesis to analyze the performance of five suppliers in F Company. The results are satisfactory.
