【摘要】：性別工資差異問(wèn)題一直是勞動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究的主題之一。在計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)期，性別工資差異較小。實(shí)行市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)政策以后，性別工資差異越來(lái)越大，對(duì)其研究也越來(lái)越多。學(xué)者主要從人力資本角度、市場(chǎng)歧視角度和市場(chǎng)分割與補(bǔ)償?shù)冉嵌葋?lái)闡釋性別工資差異的成因。但人力資本和性別歧視到底占了多大的作用？為此需要進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行計(jì)量回歸。大多研究集中在均值和總量的研究，并不能度量不同收入分布上的不同。本文運(yùn)用分位數(shù)回歸模型，分析更深入更全面。隨后利用改進(jìn)后的Neumark工資均值分解和Melly分位數(shù)分解方法，進(jìn)行均值工資分解和各個(gè)收入分布上的工資差異分解。在數(shù)據(jù)選取上，文章利用中國(guó)健康與營(yíng)養(yǎng)調(diào)查（CHNS）2011年最新數(shù)據(jù)，并對(duì)比2000年、2004年混合年份數(shù)據(jù)與2006年、2009年混合年份數(shù)據(jù)，更好的把握動(dòng)態(tài)趨勢(shì)。 在2011年中，受教育程度和戶(hù)口因素縮小了女性由人力資本導(dǎo)致的工資差距；工作年限、國(guó)有單位和集體事業(yè)單位顯著拉大了男女人力資本導(dǎo)致的工資差異。與2011年工資分解情況相比，，2000年、2004年混合數(shù)據(jù)和2006年、2009年混合數(shù)據(jù)中的地區(qū)因素、受教育年限、軍官運(yùn)動(dòng)員等特殊職業(yè)對(duì)其人力資本方面的工資差異影響較小；工作年限、管理人員和中高級(jí)技術(shù)人員對(duì)其影響較大。 在均值分解和分位數(shù)分解中，性別歧視是導(dǎo)致工資差異的根本原因。性別工資總差異均呈現(xiàn)先上升后下降的趨勢(shì)。分位數(shù)分解可知，2011年中等收入階層性別工資差異最大，高收入階層工資差異最��；2000年、2004年混合數(shù)據(jù)中高收入階層工資差異最大，而2006年、2009年混合數(shù)據(jù)中低收入階層工資差異最大。
[Abstract]:The gender wage gap has always been one of the themes of labor economics. During the planned economy period, the gender wage gap was small. After the implementation of the market economy policy, the gender wage gap became larger and larger. Scholars mainly explain the causes of gender wage difference from the perspective of human capital, market discrimination and market segmentation and compensation. But how much role does human capital and gender discrimination play? For this reason, further quantitative regression is needed. Most of the studies focus on the mean value and the total amount, and can not measure the differences in different income distribution. In this paper, the quantile regression model is used. The analysis is more thorough and comprehensive. Then, using the improved methods of Neumark average wage decomposition and Melly quantile decomposition, the average wage decomposition and the wage difference decomposition on each income distribution are carried out. Using the latest data from China Health and Nutrition Survey (CHNS) on 2011, and comparing the data of 2000, 2004 mixed year and 2004 mixed year data, we can better grasp the dynamic trend. In middle of 2011, educational attainment and hukou factors narrowed the wage gap caused by women's human capital; the number of years they worked, The wage gap between men and women caused by human capital has been significantly widened by state-owned units and collective institutions. Compared with the wage breakdown in 2011, the regional factors in the mixed data of 2000, 2004 and 2004, and the years of schooling, Special occupations such as officers and athletes have little influence on the wage difference in human capital, while their working years, managers and senior technicians have a great influence on them. In the mean decomposition and quantile decomposition, gender discrimination is the root cause of wage difference. In 2000, 2004, the mixed data showed the highest wage difference, while in 2006, 2006, the mixed data showed the biggest difference.
