【摘要】：福建省作為海峽西岸經(jīng)濟區(qū)的主體,其發(fā)展對于國家來說具有戰(zhàn)略上的意義。因此本文研究福建省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚現(xiàn)狀、經(jīng)濟效應(yīng)和影響因素不僅能豐富產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚理論,還對促進(jìn)福建省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展具有重要意義。 本文主要研究內(nèi)容為：(1)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)和物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的概念、物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的特征、經(jīng)濟效應(yīng)和影響因素。(2)福建省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及其集聚水平的測度(運用區(qū)位熵、空間基尼系數(shù)、產(chǎn)業(yè)集中度和動態(tài)集聚指數(shù)四個指標(biāo)從多個角度、多個層面進(jìn)行測度)。(3)在前文關(guān)于物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚經(jīng)濟效應(yīng)和影響因素的理論分析基礎(chǔ)上,利用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)法分析福建物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的經(jīng)濟效應(yīng)。選取福建省9個地級市的面板數(shù)據(jù)對影響因素進(jìn)行實證分析。(4)提出促進(jìn)福建省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚發(fā)展的政策建議。 本文的主要結(jié)論有：(1)福建省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)保持平穩(wěn)發(fā)展,靜態(tài)指標(biāo)和動態(tài)指標(biāo)都顯示存在物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚現(xiàn)象。(2)福建省GDP、第一、二、三產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值、工業(yè)增加值和物流產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值與物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚度的灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度都超過0.6,物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚經(jīng)濟效應(yīng)明顯,特別是第一產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展需要物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的支持,因此需要構(gòu)建福建省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品高效物流運作模式。(3)回歸結(jié)果表明制造業(yè)發(fā)展水平是福建物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚最大的影響因素,所以應(yīng)該加強制造業(yè)和物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的聯(lián)動發(fā)展；公路優(yōu)勢極大促進(jìn)福建省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的發(fā)展,應(yīng)該有效地利用交通運輸方式,降低物流運輸成本；商貿(mào)業(yè)發(fā)展不平衡,還不能為物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的發(fā)展帶來動力,需要提升福建整體消費水平,加快商貿(mào)物流發(fā)展；政府沒有有效地發(fā)揮促進(jìn)福建省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的作用,需要正確發(fā)揮政府的調(diào)控職能；積極招商引資也是促進(jìn)福建省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的有效措施。
[Abstract]:The development of Fujian Province, as the main body of the economic zone on the west side of the Straits, has strategic significance for the country. Therefore, this paper studies the present situation of logistics industry agglomeration in Fujian Province, and the economic effects and influencing factors can not only enrich the theory of industrial agglomeration. Also to promote the development of Fujian logistics industry has important significance. This paper mainly studies the concept of logistics industry and logistics industry agglomeration, the characteristics of logistics industry agglomeration, economic effects and influencing factors. Spatial Gini coefficient, industrial concentration degree and dynamic agglomeration index are measured from many angles and at many levels) on the basis of theoretical analysis of the economic effects and influencing factors of logistics industry agglomeration. This paper analyzes the economic effect of Fujian logistics industry agglomeration by using grey correlation method, and selects the panel data from nine prefectural cities in Fujian Province to make an empirical analysis of the influencing factors. 4) and puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the development of logistics industry agglomeration in Fujian Province. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1) the logistics industry in Fujian Province has maintained a steady development, and both static and dynamic indicators show that there is a phenomenon of logistics industry agglomeration in Fujian Province, and the added value of the first, second and third industries in Fujian Province. The grey correlation degree between industrial added value and logistics industry value added and the degree of concentration of logistics industry is more than 0.6. The economic effect of logistics industry agglomeration is obvious, especially the development of primary industry needs the support of logistics industry agglomeration. Therefore, the result of regression analysis shows that the development level of manufacturing industry is the most influential factor of Fujian logistics industry agglomeration, so the linkage development of manufacturing industry and logistics industry should be strengthened. Highway advantage greatly promotes the development of logistics industry agglomeration in Fujian Province, it should effectively utilize transportation mode to reduce logistics transportation cost, and the unbalanced development of trade and trade industry can not bring power to the development of logistics industry agglomeration. It is necessary to improve the overall consumption level of Fujian and speed up the development of commercial logistics, and the government does not play an effective role in promoting the logistics industry agglomeration in Fujian Province, and it needs to give full play to the government's regulatory function. Actively attracting investment is also an effective measure to promote the logistics industry agglomeration in Fujian Province.
