基于DEA和柯氏模型的企業(yè)培訓(xùn)效果評(píng)估與實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:加強(qiáng)企業(yè)培訓(xùn),不僅有助于保持員工與企業(yè)發(fā)展同步,縮小企業(yè)發(fā)展目標(biāo)和員工素質(zhì)之間差距,而且還有助于在新的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境下增強(qiáng)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力。盡管目前我國(guó)企業(yè)對(duì)培訓(xùn)工作給予了足夠的重視,但對(duì)培訓(xùn)效果及其評(píng)估工作還缺乏足夠重視,諸如影響培訓(xùn)效果的因素的把握并在培訓(xùn)中有效規(guī)避或利用這些因素,以及評(píng)估方法單一等問題,不僅關(guān)系到當(dāng)期培訓(xùn)效果的科學(xué)總結(jié),而且更重要的是關(guān)系到持續(xù)培訓(xùn)規(guī)劃的科學(xué)制定與有效實(shí)施。因此,本文選題基于DEA和柯氏模型的企業(yè)培訓(xùn)效果評(píng)估與實(shí)證研究具有重要的研究?jī)r(jià)值和實(shí)踐意義。 本文首先闡述論文選題的背景及意義,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于培訓(xùn)效果評(píng)估的研究現(xiàn)狀以及培訓(xùn)效果評(píng)估相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行介紹。其次,基于企業(yè)培訓(xùn)效果評(píng)估模型的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)比較研究,構(gòu)建了基于柯氏四層次的企業(yè)培訓(xùn)效果評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系和評(píng)估模型。最后,選取新源公司蓄能電站作為實(shí)證對(duì)象,一方面基于該電站人力資源發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,對(duì)該公司技術(shù)技能員工素質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行SWOT分析;另一方面,,基于該電站培訓(xùn)效果評(píng)估存在的問題,構(gòu)建有針對(duì)性的培訓(xùn)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系,收集數(shù)據(jù)并采用DEA方法對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理分析,提出改進(jìn)新源公司培訓(xùn)效果評(píng)估工作的對(duì)策建議。研究結(jié)果,不僅對(duì)該案例企業(yè)的培訓(xùn)實(shí)施及效果評(píng)估具有一定的實(shí)踐意義,同時(shí)對(duì)相關(guān)企業(yè)的培訓(xùn)及效果評(píng)估工作也具有一定參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Strengthening enterprise training not only helps to keep employees in sync with enterprise development, but also reduces the gap between enterprise development goals and employee quality. It also helps to enhance the ability of enterprises to achieve their strategic goals and achieve sustainable development in the new competitive environment. Although the enterprises in our country pay enough attention to the training work at present, they still do not pay enough attention to the training effect and its evaluation work. Problems such as grasping the factors that affect the training effect and effectively circumventing or utilizing these factors in the training, as well as the single evaluation method, are not only related to the scientific summary of the current training effect. And more importantly, it is related to the scientific formulation and effective implementation of continuous training planning. Therefore, the evaluation and empirical research of enterprise training effectiveness based on DEA and Koch model have important research value and practical significance. This paper first describes the background and significance of the thesis topic selection, and introduces the current research situation of training effect assessment and the relevant theories of training effect evaluation at home and abroad. Secondly, based on the comparative study of the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise training effect evaluation model, This paper constructs the evaluation index system and evaluation model of enterprise training effect based on Cor's four levels. Finally, the author selects Xinyuan company's storage power plant as the empirical object, on the one hand, based on the strategic planning of human resources development of the plant, On the other hand, based on the problems existing in the evaluation of the training effect of the power station, a targeted training evaluation index system is constructed. Collect data and use DEA method to process and analyze the data, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the training effect evaluation work of Xinyuan Company. The research results not only have certain practical significance for the training implementation and effect evaluation of the enterprise in this case. At the same time, it also has some reference value to the training and effect evaluation of related enterprises.
