快遞企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前時(shí)代快遞行業(yè)作為一種新型的現(xiàn)代化服務(wù)業(yè)已經(jīng)逐漸成為人們生活之中必不可少的一個(gè)重要的組成部分。然而,市場(chǎng)上的快遞企業(yè)數(shù)量逐年提升,服務(wù)的種類(lèi)日益豐富,快遞企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的程度越來(lái)越大。本文適應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展需求,選取了快遞企業(yè)作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行分析和研究。 本文把競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論作為研究的基礎(chǔ),對(duì)以前的專(zhuān)家學(xué)者對(duì)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究綜述進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),最后提煉并運(yùn)用到了本文的創(chuàng)作之中。選取了層次分析的方法,結(jié)合快遞企業(yè)的特征和市場(chǎng)的實(shí)際狀況,根據(jù)一定的原則確立了快遞企業(yè)的具體評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。采取專(zhuān)家測(cè)評(píng)法給與設(shè)定權(quán)重,建立了快遞企業(yè)獨(dú)特的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。 為了考證評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的實(shí)用性,本文選取了五家實(shí)際的快遞企業(yè)作為研究的對(duì)象。根絕評(píng)價(jià)體系的指標(biāo)對(duì)這些快遞企業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了搜集和整理。并且采取綜合評(píng)價(jià)的方法對(duì)五家企業(yè)進(jìn)行了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力指數(shù)的運(yùn)算。本文最后對(duì)五家企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析和總結(jié)。最后本著“實(shí)用性、可靠性、創(chuàng)新性”的原則對(duì)分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行總結(jié),并給出了結(jié)論和建議。最終實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)快遞企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)研究的最終目的。
[Abstract]:Nowadays express delivery industry as a new type of modern service industry has gradually become an essential part of people's lives. However the number of express delivery enterprises in the market has been increasing year by year. The variety of services is becoming more and more abundant, and the competition between express delivery enterprises is becoming more and more intense. This paper selects express delivery enterprises as the research object to analyze and study the competitiveness of express delivery enterprises in order to meet the needs of the development of the times. In this paper, the competitiveness theory as the basis of research, the previous experts and scholars on the competitiveness of enterprises were summarized and summarized. Finally refined and applied to the creation of this article. Selected the analytic hierarchy process, combined with the characteristics of express delivery enterprises and the actual situation of the market. According to certain principles, the specific evaluation index of express delivery enterprises is established, and a unique evaluation index system of competitiveness of express delivery enterprises is established by adopting the method of expert evaluation to give set weights. In order to verify the practicability of the evaluation index system. This paper selects five actual express delivery enterprises as the object of study. The index of radical evaluation system collects and collates the data of these express delivery enterprises, and adopts the method of comprehensive evaluation to compete on the five enterprises. Finally, the evaluation results of the competitiveness of five enterprises are analyzed and summarized. Practical. The principle of reliability and innovation summarizes the analysis results and gives the conclusions and suggestions. Finally, the final purpose of evaluating the competitiveness of express delivery enterprises is realized.
