【摘要】：自我國《物流業(yè)調(diào)整和振興規(guī)劃》出臺(tái)以來,我國物流產(chǎn)業(yè)飛速發(fā)展,2013年全年,我國社會(huì)物流總額達(dá)到197.8萬億元,按可比價(jià)格計(jì)算,同比增長9.5%。在物流產(chǎn)業(yè)飛速發(fā)展的進(jìn)程中,物流配送中心起到了舉足輕重的作用。本研究基于當(dāng)前物流配送中心的基本情況,利用一些有關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)流程管理的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),在分析了物流配送中心的各個(gè)作業(yè)環(huán)節(jié)的基礎(chǔ)之上,運(yùn)用業(yè)務(wù)流程圖原理,Petri網(wǎng)及Petri網(wǎng)延伸的一些理論,以位于上海自由貿(mào)易區(qū)試驗(yàn)區(qū)的A物流配送中心為例,建立起基于Petri網(wǎng)的物流業(yè)務(wù)流程模型,在大量研究國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)之上,總結(jié)出行文的具體思路,介紹了論文所采用方法Petri網(wǎng)的相關(guān)理論,并對(duì)A物流配送中心的業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了深入的剖析,構(gòu)建模型并分析了模型的性能,最終對(duì)這個(gè)模型進(jìn)行了相關(guān)應(yīng)用。 文章中,我們深入A物流配送中心的作業(yè)流程的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),包括進(jìn)貨作業(yè)管理、搬運(yùn)作業(yè)管理、儲(chǔ)存作業(yè)管理、配貨作業(yè)管理、盤點(diǎn)作業(yè)管理、配送作業(yè)管理等作業(yè)流程,繪制作業(yè)流程圖,在對(duì)作業(yè)流程圖進(jìn)行整合設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)之上,我們構(gòu)建了物流中心業(yè)務(wù)流程的Petri網(wǎng)模型,并建立相關(guān)評(píng)價(jià)函數(shù),結(jié)合具體實(shí)例進(jìn)行求解,最終得到了針對(duì)具體實(shí)例的物流配送中心的業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化方法,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和理論意義。
[Abstract]:Since the publication of "Logistics Adjustment and Revitalization Program", China's logistics industry has developed rapidly. In 2013, the total amount of social logistics in China reached 197.8 tillion yuan, calculated at comparable prices. Logistics distribution center plays an important role in the rapid development of logistics industry. This study is based on the current basic situation of logistics distribution center. Using some basic knowledge about business process management, this paper analyzes the operation links of logistics distribution center, and applies the principle of business flow chart. Taking the A Logistics Distribution Center in Shanghai Free Trade Zone as an example, the logistics business process model based on Petri net and Petri net is established. On the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign literature, this paper summarizes the specific ideas of the text, and introduces the relevant theory of the method of Petri net used in this paper. The business process of A logistics distribution center is analyzed deeply, the model is constructed and the performance of the model is analyzed. Finally, the model is applied. In the article, we go deep into all aspects of the operation process of A logistics distribution center, including the purchase operation management, the handling operation management, the storage operation management, the distribution operation management, the inventory operation management. On the basis of the integrated design of the job flow chart, we build the Petri net model of the logistics center business process. Finally, the method of business process optimization for the logistics distribution center is obtained, which has important practical and theoretical significance.
