【摘要】：提出了基于信息熵與超效率DEA模型(SE-DEA)的公交企業(yè)運營績效組合評價方法,彌補了傳統(tǒng)DEA模型無法對多個有效率單元再排序的缺陷,并降低了SE-DEA模型受指標(biāo)維度影響的風(fēng)險,進一步提高了其判別能力。以12家公交企業(yè)為研究對象,將公交行業(yè)監(jiān)管、公交企業(yè)運營服務(wù)與乘客出行需求相結(jié)合,基于組合評價方法對公交企業(yè)運營績效進行評價,并與SE-DEA模型得到的評價結(jié)果進行對比分析。結(jié)果表明,公交企業(yè)運營績效值波動較大;組合評價方法所得到的公交企業(yè)運營績效排序結(jié)果與SE-DEA模型得到的排序結(jié)果在總體趨勢上是一致的,但兩者測算的運營績效值相差很大,且前者的判別能力比后者更強。根據(jù)評價結(jié)果提出可行建議,以便于順利實施"優(yōu)先發(fā)展公共交通"的戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:Based on information entropy and super-efficiency DEA model SE-DEA, this paper puts forward a combined evaluation method of public transport enterprise operation performance, which makes up for the defect that traditional DEA model can not reorder multiple efficient units. And reduce the risk of SE-DEA model affected by the index dimension, further improve its discriminant ability. Taking 12 public transport enterprises as the research object, the public transport industry will be supervised. Based on the combination of public transport enterprise operation service and passenger travel demand, the paper evaluates the operation performance of public transport enterprise based on the combined evaluation method, and compares the results with the SE-DEA model. The results show that. The operating performance of public transport enterprises fluctuates greatly; The results obtained by the combination evaluation method are consistent with the results obtained by SE-DEA model, but the operational performance values measured by the two methods are very different. And the former is stronger than the latter. According to the evaluation results, some feasible suggestions are put forward, so that the strategy of "giving priority to the development of public transportation" can be carried out smoothly.
